I can see that your applied for a credit account with us when placing your first order. Our finance team did reach out via email to ask if you could pay for your first order either via BACs or online with a card.
This is a standard procedure for all Business Account first orders when applying for a Credit Account.
The order you placed is currently on hold so please feel free to call up and we can re-add the goods to your basket for online/card checkout or we can give you our Bank Account info to send a BACS transfer.
