I just had an horrible experience with…
I just had an horrible experience with one of the shops of this website.
I’ve already took several times flowers in your website and I was already a loyal customers but now I feel completely betrayed.
Please find attached the photo of the bouquet I bought and the one I received.
It was an important occasion for me because I was apologising and this totally made the situation worse and weird.
I honestly cannot believe that this really happened.

It was easy to make order. The recipient was pleased with the flowers. Why I gave four stars out of five is that I would liked to have confirmation when delivery had been done (couldn't with foreign telephone number) and I would like to choose card by myself.

I used this florist a short while ago and they were excellent then. It is excellent to know that they were as good with this second order as with the first….in someways even better as from order to delivery it was less than 18 hours.

terms of delivery not respected
They didn't deliver on the agreed date and the day after the recipient had to go to the shop to collect the bouquet because not previously advised on the phone. Although they promised an upgrade I did't know anything about. I aspected to receive a picture with the promised upgrade
