Very good experience, just wish I could’ve had my item ship faster.

My first local FFL was no longer in business, so EuroOptic took the shipment back quickly, and I ordered the same item to my second FFL even before EuroOptic refunded me for the first purchase, coz I trust them, I know everything would be taken good care of.

Upon receiving the rifle, the rifle that was received is completely wrong from what the marketing team had labeled and posted and priced. After numerous phone calls with your customer service team and the employees named Chris (supervisor) and Uriah, it was determined that you guys were going to charge me over $100 more to get the rifle that was improperly listed. I even provided an email with screenshots providing where the error was made on your marketing teams side, and simply requested that the price be matched and the proper rifle be overnighted shipped. Your team stated that it would cost your company $64 In loss. A multimillion dollar company lost a valued customer who will provide his story to all of his fellow law-enforcement coworkers on how not to shop with euro optic because of such a poor service to its law-enforcement that protects this country, states, and cities on the front line. The $64 difference alleged could’ve simply been paid, but it’s the principal. Your team cost me time, which equals to lost money in my pocket having to put a large quantity of time aside to supplement deal dealing with this. To make matters more severe, I am now struggling with having the rifle returned to your company due to pour services from the FFL dealer and UPS, delaying my return of $1500 back into my pocket of harder earned money. Reflecting from this poor and utterly ridiculous and profound level of service, I encourage whoever reads this to strongly evaluate your customer service teams efforts in correcting issues that are out of the customers control, when a customer simply just wants it to be made right in the most fair way possible. I can only hope that you hold these employees and your customer service team as well as your marketing team responsible for these poor decisions and actions. Last but not least, “chris”, emphasized his lack of care regarding me stating I was going to be listing a poor review on your site, and siding that a poor review would not affect your 4.9 stars. My response to that, is that it starts with one, and end ends with hundreds or thousands unsatisfied when your team continues to do so and operate in that manner.

Put in a backorder with them for a VP9 CC. While unfortunately they were unable to fulfill the order in a timeline that worked for me, they were willing to work with me to find potential solutions and even when I ended up having to cancel my order with them, they made the process seamless.
