Used my car as a taxi! Avoid!
I am a frequent flyer and have used Euro Parking also known as Parking Force many times over some years. They used to be good, but gradually the service has gone down so you now wait 20 - 30 mins to get your car back when you land. My most recent experience was however on a different scale abuse of customer trust.
I had a 2-day trip to returning 6 February to terminal 5. I was a little upset when I had to wait 25 minutes for my car, and the driver seemed a little agitated when he turned up. My car (a Land Rover) is fitted with a tracker, and an app records every journey, and you can see the route on a map, as well as the start / end time, average speed etc. When I looked at this app, I saw to my horror that in addition to the trip to bring my car to me, it had also made three journeys that day in the 3 to 4 hours before my plane landed and before I had even called them. Not long journeys (3 - 4 miles each). I also have a dashcam in the car, and so I pulled the footage. It was clear from this that my car had been used to pick up and drop off other people. I do not know if these were employees or paying customers.
Worse was to come. During one of the trips when the driver was on his own, the driver was having a furious row on the telephone with a lady he had clearly had been in a relationship with, and was now in the family way, and was furious that the driver was apparently dumpling her. The sound was picked up by the dashcam, and the language during the call was obscene and abusive, and this was going on while he was driving my car!
I sent an email of complaint to both Euro Parking and Parking Force, and have sent three chasers, but the company has just not responded, even with an apology.
Avoid this company unless you do not mind your car being used as a taxi while you are away.
