DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! It's a shameful scam. I bought Ryder Cup 2027 clothing for my husband's birthday and the size was too big. When I requested to return it, they refused to refund me because of the 30 day return policy, although they could effortlessly sell the items which were new and in the original packaging with labels.
This was a very expensive mistake ( plus shipping, VAT and importtaxes). Never ever buy from this company !!!! You will regret it

Extremely Poor delivery and refund performance

I ordered £530 of merchandise back in May of 2025. For delivery from the UK to Paris France. This seemed like a very straight forward process seeing that Amazon and other companies to this every day. As hard as it is to believe, the items got stuck in Customs because the European Tour shop Warehouse forgot to include the invoice itemizing the three things and their prices. It gets better yet, the European Tour shop Warehouse said they could not send customs the proper paperwork and asked the customer to do it. Amazing! I tried but customs would not accept it either so the items stayed in customs for two weeks until they sent it back to the European Tour Shop warehouse. Contact the European Tour shop requesting a refund, they indicated it may take a month or more. WHAT? The error was done by the shop warehouse and the resolution should have been done by the shop but no, the custom should just wait. Meanwhile, the European Tour shop Warehouse Shop was using the £530 to invest making some money off it yet cannot get the refund credited to the customers credit card. To say the least, this online shop is the worst possible seller and you should avoid them altogether or buyer be warned. I would rate them a ZERO if that was an option.

The sizing is awful

The sizing is awful, i am 6'3 and bought an XXL bmw polo, it finishes just below my belly button, if you are over 6 foot don't bother

Steer clear …

My wife ordered a shirt as a birthday gift.
The delivery time stated 3-5 working days but turned up 20 days later. The correspondence is a disgrace, email only.
She asked, by email that the order be cancelled as it was too late for the birthday, but they sent it anyway. No prepaid return enclosed so having to return at her own expense. Joke of a company do not waste your time and money
UPDATE.. My wife returned the shirt on the 30th August. They received and signed for the return on the 3rd September. After communicating numerous times and being told they are dealing with it she is still waiting for a refund. How this company is still in busy is beyond belief. Truly disgusting! Definitely stay well away from these crooks!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My CC debited with delivery promised in 4/5 days - 6 weeks later , nothing . 12 emails written and completely ignored. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DP European Tour should look to cut ties with their suppliers, now. DISGRACEFUL

PGA European Tour Golf Shop Online - Update on my previous post - the service did not improve I had to get on to my credit card company to take action - had an email this morning only to tell me said jacket was out of stock in size I ordered (this was an order on 28th October and they tell me on 15th November they don't have size ordered in stock!!) they took my money - please be aware this company is a shambolic organisation and the sooner people know about it the better - I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT DELIVER YOUR GOODS! They should not be allowed to send out brochures and emails when they know they don't have the goods - SHAMEFUL! i Thanks to my credit card company I will get my money back but PGA European Tour Golf Shop you are the WORST company I have EVER, EVER dealt with - go get yourself another job as you certainly don't work in the golf industry SHOCKING!!!!!

Clayton Blackmore here ex Man Utd and Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 international turned pro at 49 years old to try and qualify for the British Seniors Open and test myself against players who have been number 1 in the world and then the European Players Tour turned up from nowhere it’s concept is brilliant pro golfers playing against top sportsmen and women and Joe blogs you can tee it up with some of the best pro golfers and with the handicap system you can actually beat the best in the world 🌎. It’s a no brainer join know. 👍🏼⛳️👊🏼

Did you ever expect this from a Golf organisation?

It’s hard to understand how these people are really not taking care for their business.

Ordered two weeks ago 3 head covers at a price of € 120,00 exclusively the delivery cost at a rate of € 23,00.

I received 2 out of 3 of the covers and a T-shirt.

Sent them an e-mail about the missing piece and the wrong delivery of the T-shirt and after two weeks and over 10 mails, they still think it is a DHL mistake?

Can you imagine DHL is changing the content of a package?

I asked them several times and I just get AI automated e-mail responses.

This is part of an exclusive golf organisation. Shame on you all!

Dreadful

Dreadful, dreadful, non existent customer service. Ordered Ryder Cup clothing for my husband, paid extra for express delivery. Never turned up, no response to any of my emails , other than standard auto reply. No refund received. Scam organisation, don’t use.

I have had the same experience

I have had the same experience. Purchased tickets for BMW event at Wentworth back in May.
Cant see my tickets, two emails unanswered and a phone call yet to be replied to.
Very disappointing as been going for past 10 years.
Trains and hotel booked. Could be a very expensive non event weekend

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever!! Do not purchase anything from these people. Phones are constantly on answerphone and emails are never responded to. I have purchased tickets for a golf event and cannot view them. All I want to do is speak to someone to explain and ask for some assistance!! I have been emailing and phoning since the 4th July!! I am now going to have to contact my credit card company.

I ordered a tour shirt and was sent the incorrect size, this was a present for my husband and on the special day there was nothing to give him. There is no way telephone contact so had to send an email and just wait and got sent a standard response. I then reordered and again got sent the wrong size!!!! I have now incurred two postage charges to be sent the wrong size and I keep trying to contact them to get this resolved. I still just get sent the standard reply email and now have had to pay x2 charges to send back insured so an additional £15 for both and still I don’t get any communication apart from the standard response. I am still now awaiting a total refund of £285.20. Absolutely terrible.

I have an email confirming I am due a Ticket refund of £125 that was received at the beginning of September relating to the BMW Tournament at Wentworth. It advised me it would be credited back to my credit card but when it arrived at the end of last week it was not there. I have emailed the ticket department twice, no response, Events once, again no response and tried telephoning the European Tour twice but you cannot speak to anyone and can only leave a message which again has had no response. I am a pensioner in my seventies and £125 is a lot of money to me and am really worried that I will not get it back.
