After many more texts and emails, I was able to request a withdrawal, in order to receive a refund. I was happy and relieved to see that $1500 was credited to my account on the 31.10.2019.
I am happy that Europe FX responded to my review in order to resolve the situation. Europe FX have told me that they want to open an audit enquiry regarding this. I prefer this does not happen as I wish it all to be behind me. This experience was very stressful and seriously affected my health.
Until I rec'd an email from Trustpilot telling me that Europe FX had responded to my review, I didn't realise that what I was writing had been posted.
From this experience I have learned that I am much more ignorant of the ways of the web, advertising, and my own vulnerability than I thought.
It's not for the feint hearted out there.
I will delete my review after this update is posted.
I wish Europe FX, it's employees and all who are drawn to this, success, prosperity and lots of love.

The service is great. Sometimes impersonal, but knowing it's a business only focussed on profit that's understandable. It's fast and whenever I wanted contact I got it. The people I got to work with knew what they were doing.

Don't do this as a hobby. Do this if you are genuinely interested in learning how to trade... and have the money to do so. They almost guilttrip you to put more money in your account.

Ella is a great professional and confident lady.
She knows absolutely where she is talking about, she has a lot of knowledge about a big spectrum of trading.
She is also very punctual.
I can recommend her absolutely.

The only winner here is Europefx and Koshie from Sunrise. They did dodge trades such as open a trade with not outcome in the profit and negative at the same time. Made money but there is no out. I rang and message 10 times with no return from the account manager. The first contact I got was when I was 6000$ down and they had 5000$ in commission. Being stupid I made a formal complaint which did nothing not even a reply of an answer on if it was wrong or right. I had less assistance after I lodge a complaint to them direct and eventually gave up on them today 19/10/19. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

As a complete novice I decided to try and make some extra money and have found the service excellent
With the much needed help of Antoni Bryon and Dimitri I have made a fair bit of money over the 6 weeks I have been trading
Antony is always on hand to help and advise me as is Dimitri both in a very friendly way to impart their knowledge {not forgetting Ben & Tamir too} even though I must seem a bit dim at times

Ella is the best account manager I worked with since I'm trading. She's very helpful, instructional and look after my account letting me know to what and when I need to pay attention. Till now I have good experience in FX Europe. The way my own account manager Ella Zakarin teaches me and shows me everything is great. And she is very helpful.

When i said i cannot deposit now and need a week of time, you have to respect my decision. You don't have any right to ask me about my credit card. And when i said i don't have one, this guy is like i don't believe you. I'm a student in Australia and i work part time. You don't have any right to ask me how do i manage to live. These guys are onto your money. Well, that was my first impression and I'm not going to trade with these type of guys

Please don’t open an account with Europe FX, I received an email supposedly from my brother in law in Canada recommending this company as an investment opportunity, unfortunately I made a deposit of £250 and never got an account open, please don’t deal with Europe FX as you’ll lose your money,

I was going to join and give it a go but didn't get past the rude and arrogant behaviour from the initial phone call that wanted my money before I could talk to one of their brokers to get a better understanding of what I was getting into. I hope that their telemarketers are not an accurate depiction of how they run their company. The person I spoke with did not give me his name and only achieved upsetting my wife with his uncalled for and demeaning remarks, maybe he thinks that is how things are done in his country but it is not how Australians treat people or do buisness.

I tried trading two years ago for couple of days (even with success!) but got tired with aggressive customer service. They kept calling me and emailing several times in a week and asking to deposit more money. I've asked at least three times to delete my account and not contact me anymore but they still keep calling me every once in a while after two years. This unprofessional behaviour is the only reason why I started not to trust them. At least I had my money back, which I was worried about. I'm banning all of they phone numbers now and looking for a new broker.

I opened an account and then decided this was not the route for me. So I closed the account (refund was trouble free), but almost a year later still get phone calls from them trying to persuade me to change my mind.

Be careful and aware 25GBP to make a withdrawal !!!

I was contacted by Europe FX and told I was buying an investment in bit coin. Actually it wasn't at all. It was high risk stocks and shares. I was told on sign up that even if I changed my mind by Monday I could just get my initial deposit back and close my account. I did change my mind by Monday. My deposit isn't refundable I am told I have to create an account in order to withdraw my money at cost of £25.00. This wasn't the agreement we had. I feel scammed and I still cant contact anyone by the international phone numbers to manage this. Ill be reporting this as a fishing scam.

Sara gave great guidance, support and lessons as to how I could attempt to learn about making trades. Never had any experience with this and for personal reasons it wasnt right for me at this time but based on the experience I had, I may return to learning more and attempting to trade but this time with a more informed decision about what trading entails.
My money was returned back into my account within the timescale outlined and although was a small loss of what I put in (due to charges), everything I was told was delivered.

I never thought I would be doing this especially at my age ! But I am now in the hands of a very well informed broker who has my interests at heart. I am delighted and have made money in the last three days! I have to learn to be patient and my broker has wrapped me over the knuckles more than once for not being patient and I like it, it shows she knows what she is doing and that she wants me to win. I am in excellent hands.

I did not have any knowledge of investing when I first started. I have had positive and helpful advice and have felt very supported through learning. I have made some mistakes and I have also done well in some instances. I’m really enjoying the learning and staying up to date with world events. It’s becomming more of a hobby for me and I’m enjoying the experience. Thankyou for your time and teaching me how to invest :)

Fast and professional support, fair conditions, order execution is immediate.
My profits withdrawals were always prompt.
I have a good feeling about them and I hope EuropeFX will continue this line.
