Amazing service from cabin staff
We flew to Bangkok from London Heathrow in Business class. We had access to United Airlines lounge in terminal two which wasn’t the best lounge I’ve ever been to but was good enough. Our entire experience on the plane was amazing. You’re seating area is roommate the duvet is thick. The pillow is big and very comfortable the amenities pack came in a small bag that was in a dust bag the biggest and best I’ve ever received. We also got free slippers and pyjamas as it was a nightlight. The food was fantastic too much to eat to be honest, we have lots of choice and the service was amazing. I couldn’t fault our time on board

I called customer service after attempting to order and purchase her ticket online from the USA and she is in Thailand. I have done this before, many times, but this time, after choosing the flight and putting all the info, it will go to another page and state Access Denied Digital Error 15, once it statede that it thought I was a bot because I was responding fast. I informed him, the first time I attempted the price was reasonable and each time after each attempt, the price was increased. He said, no problem, he'd help me. Again, i provided the information and he gave me the price, again it went up, over a few hundred dollars! I was pissed, gave him a piece of my minmd and parted ways! They believe that because we are from a different country they can continue raising the price before us without any resistance. Really, I would much rather pay more on another airline that is not playing games and gives you a price and sticks to it!

NO! My wife and I travelling from Vienna to Taipei with our son of 11 months. I'm sparing you blood-boiling, provocing details folks, trust me. To purchase a seat for him I called Eva air in Sweden, Denmark UK and Taiwan. I spent 9 hours queuing, Swedish customer support gave me an old e-mail adress, the Danes didn't pick up and the Taiwanese "English" option didn't work. Finally, I paid equal to several months of (Taiwanese) salary for UK customer support to sort it, I thought. Only for me to realize he's no longer in our booking, but instead has his own trip to Taiwan bought and paid for. For God's sake peuple, stay clear of these imbecile, price gouging lunatics. I've travelled with the worst of the worst of airlines, flown planes duct-taped together piloted by tequila-reeking wildmen, but as an experience, these Kafka-inspired, psycotic-inducing bunch of sadists take the gold medal for worst airline.

Flew Bangkok to Heathrow Economy after having being cancelled with Norse (don't ever book a flight with Norse!)
The staff were brilliant, plenty of good food, inflight entertainment was good, more drinks offered during the flight and snacks and 2 meals for a 12 hour flight it was everything and more we needed to get home.
So nice and comfortable
Oh, both flights Milan-Taipei and Taipei-Cebu were perfect. Good service, enough space for legs, tasty meals, big portions, and metal cutlery on the first flight and plastic "Hello Kitty" cutlery on the second flight. And in general it was so cozy, comfortable and nice, I really was suprised. My first time with EVA and they cuptured my heart.

London Customer service was unplesant. The way they talked to you clearly no service mind for example one of them she asked "Name?" for the first question. Not even a little magic word. During the call she also said in a way that you made mistake by yourself even the website played up, she said can't comment on that but she can comment on cliants eh!? I like the Airline but I don't like the London service called.

Raven provided me awesome customer service
to be honest EVA AIR customer service call was not so easy to get through. they either busy or announced you to call back😬
but on 1/8/26 after few try… my call answered by Raven, was a unbeilable experiences, Raven was professional + super friendly+super detailed+super concerns for the customer-me, with her helps, i was able to modified original booking to the newer trip dates and with her kindly wait on the line for me i was able to finished all needs on my end to completed this booking modification.
On top the 5 stars i also want to gave Raven a two thumbs up, 1/8/26 Raven’s service makes me felt much comfortable and trust of EVA AIR customer service, i 100% love Rave.

Eva airlines have very clean washroom. The service is good. The only setback is that there are only two meals in a long trip from and back of Vancouver to Taipei. There should have a snack offered in between the two meals.
On our way back from Taipei to Vancouver (BR0010 or AC6546) on Dec, 14, 2025 , we met a very wonderful person, named, Huang Zi Ti at the check-in counter. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and full of initiative trying to help. Please send our words of thanks to her.

I have been flying the LHR-BKK route for nearly thirty years in EVA and have experienced all three classes. For the past few years, I have chosen Business Class.
I have used other airlines but EVA remains the best. I appreciate simplicity of its booking service, the availability of airport lounges- the one at BKK is particularly good- and the friendliness and courtesy of staff are all praiseworthy.
Of the ninety flights I have taken, only one has been unacceptably late (BKK-to LHR) and I've never experienced problems with luggage. I have tried other carriers but none have been as good. This includes pricing.

We booked flight from Vancouver to Kuala Lumpur one way premium economy class with Eva air. When we booked we even booked seats too and they were showing premium economy class seats. But from Taiwan to kuala lumpur we flew with economy class by explaining that end time aircraft changed and they don’t have premium economy class in this aircraft. When we requested to give place in upper class they were asked for extras dollars and for decreased our class we didn’t receive any refund by saying company policy. I don’t understand how this is resonable and trust with this airline again. Paid CAD 2000 for one way ticket for one person thinking will get some comfort but worst experience ever. I don’t recommend premium economy class with Eva air craft. I flew a quite in premium economy but this is worst one .

Eva Air is a good company, but baggage service is rude.
Eva Air is a good company. However, the Eva Air Baggage Service at SFO is not. I bought a brand new Airway 28" luggage and used it first time (normal price is over US220, I got a great discount at US150 because I knew the shop), flew from HKG via TPE to SFO. My luggage has a corner completely collapsed in, unrepairable. EVA SFO Baggage Service Resolution answered my claim report saying this kind of damage is usually not covered in the policy. The offered compensation to me is $40. Read between the lines of their reply is that you have to take it or else. Escalating the claim to outside their department will need other support documents from me and not likely heard.
Take your risk flying in or out of SFO with EVA if you have a nice and not that cheap luggage.

If you need wheelchair service!Wheelchair service in Taiwan needs a complete overhaul. Our flight had 31, but no EVA employees knew what to do with us. Are you discriminating against the elderly or handicapped? I was the first passenger to be placed off the plane, told to walk about 150 feet to a chair sat at that spot with others for 65 minutes until I confronted an employee and would not let them say no problem, then rushed to customs with only minutes to go not knowing how long it would take to clear there was almost a roit among the others waiting worryed about making their conecting flights no one explaining to us what was going to happen I will go back to flying korean air just not enough space for words to explain how messed up this whole process was, this flight was Chicago to Taiwain never had such a STRESSFUL flight at an airport. Keep reading about how great Eva was. They dropped and fumbled the ball on this one. Handicap flyers BEWARE!

do not join eva air loyalty (they don,t know the meaning of loyalty) i have flown 21/22 times with them , i joined their "loyalty " years ago and stopped using it because i did not get 1 airmile, in october i was checking in and mentioned how many times i had flown with Eva,the assistant said "wow you must have had some free flights " i exlained i had never got 1 mile from Eva , he looked up my membership number and wrote it down for me , on return i tried to find what i was entitled to , apparently i have/had 5922 miles , i tried to use these to book a further flight , but eventually found out i needed far far more miles ......Eva get a dictionary!!
Terrible company
Terrible company, worse flight ive ever taken. On way out on long hall 12 hour flight I had to literally ask for a glass of wine with dinner and she looked at me like i had sworn at her, no soft drinks offered all flight, meals awful. Return flight even worse i have never felt so cramped in my life and i literally had a metal bar between my feet for the 13 hour flight. absolutely shocking and staff rude and unattentive, never ever again
