The company advertises itself as a medical service. There isn't even a physical address. My login never worked and when I contacted customer service, they just insisted that it does work. They later told me that it just does not work in my state of NY. I emailed them asking for a refund. They kept charging me monthly after repeated requests to cancel and will not offer a refund. I disputed the charges on my credit card but they did not approve the disputes. I was never even able to log in to their website. This company is a scam and I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges.

I was a patient for a year or so. In all I probably put close to $10,000 into treatment. I left treatment after I told them I was feeling worse on treatment than off it and they had no reaction to this feedback.
Testing shortly after that showed that there had been minimal if any improvement during treatment. I later did a one month and $100 treatment for H. Pylori infection that was successful. This did not solve my whole problem but it was a big help and it was one of the things their treatment was supposed to be addressing and completely failed. Looking into the literature I found that the treatment I used and they did not recommend was supported by a randomized controlled trial, but none of what they recommended was medically supported.
