Immer Circle Tour Stonehenge + Windsor
After having wished not to go on tour because of the very early start I changed immediatly my mind approaching Stonehenge. It was very quiet no tourists except our small group guided by Angela.
Nothing more to say, than it is a unique experience to walk through the inner circle. There were some moments I really was on my own in the whole circle. Breathtaking!!!
The Windsor part is more a standard tour with enough time and good explanations in advance.

The Inner Circle and Windsor tour was fab!
The Inner Circle and Windsor tour was absolutely perfect. If anyone is interested in experiencing the real energy and magic of Stonehenge, this tour is a must. I particularly recommend the morning tour. Even though you have to wake up very early, with departure at 5:30 am, it is absolutely worth it.
You basically have Stonehenge to yourself, shared only with a small group of people. You can wander among the stones, take your time, and really feel the energy and wonder of this extraordinary place. It is a completely different experience from seeing Stonehenge during normal visiting hours.
Windsor Castle is spectacular. The amount and quality of exceptional art on display is remarkable, with works by Van Dyck, Bruegel, Rubens and Holbein, to name just a few. Another great advantage of the tour was that we skipped the queues and went straight in.
Angela was a terrific guide: extremely knowledgeable, engaging and genuinely passionate about what she does. She shared fascinating information and details that you would not normally find in guidebooks, answered all our questions, and had a wonderfully warm and caring attitude throughout the day.
The coach was very comfortable, air conditioned and equipped with WiFi and USB charging points.
I highly recommend both this tour operator and, in particular, Angela as a guide. It was a truly memorable experience and absolutely worth the very early start!

The early morning tour is the way to go!
We did the early morning Stonehenge tour paired with Windsor Castle. It was totally worth getting up super early and the tour cost is quite reasonable given the very knowledgeable and kind Angela, our tour guide.
We did a Stonehenge day tour a few years ago and it was crowded, hot and dusty. In this tour you get ahead of the crowds and you get to go inside the Stonehenge circle as the sun rises. It’s just after dawn and so peaceful- just the way we wanted to take Stonehenge in. The Windsor Castle add on is a total bonus for the price.
Thomas our driver was great- especially navigating London and Windsor traffic. This is a five star tour all the way and definitely worthwhile.

Great tour guide; she was excellent
The bus was not so much; the rules of not having drinks or food only apply to customers, but drivers can eat and drink. After getting ready, being on time at 5 am, and having us do a pit stop, but not being able to bring in coffee !

Great time
Great time, knowledgeable tour guide. Angela was wonderful. The early experience of the inner circle access was phenomenal. The perspective of getting to experience a rare joy with well educated and humorous presenters made the historical learning highly entertaining. The castle trip was breath taking. Windsor Castle, Stonehenge & Bath day tour experience with Evans Evans
We booked the Windsor Castle, Stonehenge & Bath day tour with Evans Evans for myself, my wife, and our 9-month-old son. Overall, we had a good experience, and for anyone with limited time in England, this tour is a great way to see three iconic landmarks in a single day.
Our driver, Christopher, was excellent. He drove very smoothly, kept everything on schedule, and was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the day. Traveling with a baby isn’t always easy, but he happily helped us with our stroller whenever needed, which we really appreciated.
Our tour guide, Richard, was also very good. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a good sense of humor that kept the long day entertaining. He shared a lot of interesting historical information and made the bus rides between destinations enjoyable.
That said, it’s important to know what you’re signing up for. The tour lasts around 12 hours, and fitting Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath into one day inevitably means each stop feels rushed. We had about 1 hour and 15 minutes at Windsor Castle, roughly an hour at Stonehenge, and about 1.5 hours in Bath. Those times include walking to the attractions, going through security or ticket lines, and getting back to the bus, so the actual time spent exploring is fairly limited.
There were two things that left a bit of a sour taste.
The first happened after Windsor Castle. Richard gave us a return time, and we hurried back, arriving just a couple of minutes before departure. We were among the last passengers to board. Another couple, who also had a baby, arrived just after us and the bus left without them. Their stroller and backpack were still on the bus with us, yet the tour continued. I completely understand that a schedule has to be maintained, especially on a tour like this, but what bothered me was that it wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand that even being 5–10 minutes late would mean being left behind (he did mention jokingly that “we will say bye-bye to you from inside “). Richard did emphasize this policy for the later stops, but not before Windsor. A little more flexibility or clearer communication could have prevented what was undoubtedly a stressful situation for that family. They ultimately had to take a taxi to catch up with the tour.
The second thing was that throughout the day Richard repeatedly emphasized how this tour was an incredible value and how it would be nearly impossible to visit all three locations independently in one day. While that may well be true, hearing it over and over almost felt like an attempt to justify how little time was available at each destination. I think most people already understand that choosing a three-stop tour means making a trade-off between seeing more places and spending more time at each one.
Overall, I’d still recommend this tour, especially for first-time visitors or anyone with limited time who wants to experience Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath in a single day. Christopher was an outstanding driver, Richard was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide, and the itinerary delivers exactly what it promises. Just go in with realistic expectations that you’ll only get a taste of each location rather than an in-depth visit.

The tour guide -Richard did a great job…
The tour guide -Richard did a great job showing us around all the wonders of the Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and the Roman Bath at Bath. He was super attentive and very knowledgeable about a lot of historical facts, places and dates. He was very polite and respectful. He was able to get the whole group to arrive on time from all the stops, so we could enjoy the next stops the most. The driver Michelangelo drove us safely to all the sites and back to London. He was very pleasant and polite. I wish we could have had more time, but seeing three different places in one day, I guess that was what could have been done. I enjoyed it a lot, learned a bunch of facts and had a delightful day. Thanks to Richard and Michelangelo.

I may have been dragged on this excursion by my wife, but Mel made this tour more than just a ride to a historical spot. It was a wonderful experience and worth the money spent. A little bit of learning, a little bit of fun!!
Mel did an amazing job of entertaining and informing us of our surrounding area and areas of interest! Loved his historical perspective and ability to illustrate the ‘how’s and ‘why’s’ of each area. How fun to walk through Bath with someone who grew up there! He gave everyone good deadlines which helped the tour stay on track!
