Unbelievably disappointing.

The customer service experience was very disappointing. Their return policy was very confusing. My emails to the online store and phone call message to the local store were unresponsive. Seems like both ends purposely avoided responding as to expire the return deadline. I never experienced such service in my entire life.
I am normally a very relaxed buyer, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

Waste of time

Bought shoes online during boxing day. 30% off, free shipping, ok cool.

They called me two days later to tell me they don't have them in stock anymore. Offer me the same model but in different colour. I say they can send those, doesn't matter to me. They say it's 5$ dollars more, because it's this year's model: they have to do a refund so I can buy the new ones off the site. Ok I guess, waste of time.

They add that the free shipping was an error, so now my new total is like 20$ more... Plus the 30% discount from boxing day isn't working. Had to call them 3 more times to get a 30% discount.

But they still took care of it so 2 stars. Could be worst.

Terrible,never ever shopping with them,wont send correct item that was showed in picture ,doesn't let you return for your item that you ordered.
