Staff are lovely at the Grimsby branch, but automated systems leave a lot to be desired. Customer service based on non face to face communication is poor

Disgraceful AfterSales

I received my car after it had been supposedly been valeted, it clearly hadn't, other than maybe vacuuming it. I had reason to contact Evans Halshaw about a problem with the car. I tried to contact the sales person who sold me the car and they haven't replied to any emails. I tried calling the service department and the phone is constantly unanswered.

I tried the 'contact us' section of the website and submitted a message. Despite saying they would reply within a few days they haven't.

I submitted a complaint email, again this has been unanswered.

Avoid this garage, their after sales is a disgrace.
