Staff were friendly, but due to unqualified staff couldn't do the recall, which was the main reason for the appointment, also we asked for them to check the whining noise coming from the car, claimed it was a stone in the disc but they didn't roadtest it to check that was the problem, car still makes a whining noise. They said they would get back to us about the recall but we have heard nothing

Cracking customer service.
We had visited the showroom previously and spoke to Luke Fraray. He was very helpful and on returning he managed to locate a vehicle that perfectly suited our needs. Stuart and Luke at the Grimsby Hyundai branch made returning my motability car so easy.
