Bought a charger as per Tesla to be…

Bought a charger as per Tesla to be able to use Tesla chargers for my f150 lightening. The charger worked once. Took the truck in to ensure it wasn’t the truck. Truck came back as ok. Requested to exchange the charger in January/ February in case it was the charger. 6 weeks later and several emails I was told that I could not get a refund ( no mention of an exchange) because the purchase was over a month. Yet it has been 6 weeks before I got answer. Buyer beware. -1 in customer service
