we have had our EV Charger for 5 years and the installation I remember being smooth and without issue. since then we have had no issues. recently I needed a copy of the electrical installation certificate, as we had lost the original. emailed the company and within a couple of hours received an email with copy attached. brilliant service and I'm well impressed.
I used EV Domestic to install a Zappi Glo EV charger. Communication seemed good and all went to schedule. I needed a secondary CT clamp that wasn't provided during the initial install though I had requested that. The same engineer returned and fitted, but couldn't get it to work and after a few phone calls for advice, decided to reboot the charger. That's done by deleting the environment on the app and starting again. But he couldn't get the new environment set up on the app, and had to leave for another job. The result is that I have no functioning charger. EVDomestic seem to think the responsibility lies with MyEnergi, who just don't reply to the raised ticket. But EVDomestic installed the charger and their fitter left the device unworking.
