Totally unprofessional! They didn’t accept my refund request for two theatre tickets (I already had two tickets that I used for the show and two more that I wanted to cancel).

Don't buy tickets from Eventim
Don't buy tickets from Eventim. The concert will turn out to be cancelled at the last moment & then they will continually stall when it comes to a refund. These people are conmen. I purchased tickets for Pink Floyd Legend at Arenele Romane. The concert was scheduled for summer 2022, then postponed to autumn, then postponed to spring 2023, then cancelled. Each time I ask for a refund, I am told to "be patient"

Celine Dion concert got cancelled
Celine Dion concert got cancelled, I waited 2 months for the refund, and now they refunded me less than what i paid because they kept 15 euros "for taxes". It's not my fault the concert got cancelled why would I have to pay 15 euros for nothing ?! Make Celine Dion pay for taxes not your customers...

The worst site from where you can buy tickets. The services are really bad. i bought tickets to Celine Dion in front row and 3 years they blocked my money. The value of that money is not the same now. I requested refund with my friend and they sent her the refund two weeks ago, but mine is still delayed and they gave her less money than the amount she paid. I hope this company will be bankrupt soon and disappear because they do not deserve to sell anything.

I bought tickets from them
I bought tickets from them, concert got cancelled and a refund was a available. They don't answer for 7 weeks to email, contact form, SMS, phone. I ended up reporting them to the state authorities. Scammers!

I bought a ticket to Lenny Kravitz secured with the carefree option and I cannot participate anymore. I've sent them countless emails for a week to recover money, and they do not even answer.

Wouldn't recommand
Bought a ticket to a concert and got the wrong location.
I contact the customer support hoping my problem would be solved, to which they reply with a copy-paste message.
I reply nicely to them, same copy-paste message. I ask them about any alternatives available, they don't answer.
Well, enjoy your VIP ticket and thank you for pointing me directly to the artists page.
