I ordered a couple of dresses...one I sent because didn't fit me... refunded money quickly.. second dress didn't arrive so backwards and forwards on helpline...they were so patient with me ...and it was my fault in the end because I put wrong email 😂...that's what happens to a women in her 60s ...so thank you very much for your help .....

The staff at ever-pretty went above and beyond for me and my ourchase. They were fast in coming back to my emails, helpful, kind and did more than they needed too. Cannot fault them enough and would highly recommend.

Why such a hefty P&P? £9.99, it wasnt as it the dress was packaged in tissue paper and in a box, just your bog standard plastic bag!

Really impressed with the quality and fit of these dresses. Returns are different to most UK high street firms but straightforward once you workout how they do it. I think perhaps because I paid via shop I had difficulty finding relevant information to return but customer service were very responsive and did an excellent job managing my return when I bought three dresses to make a final
choice. I would definitely recommend this company and will suggest my daughters try them too. Beautiful range of designs and colours, good quality and at good prices.

Dresses are amazing, ordered 5 dresses, returned a couple and ordered 2 more to try different colours and styles.
Not had my refund yet but should hopefully be soon!

I purchased 2 FULL price items. One £49.99 one £29.99. Plus 3 random ones. We wanted to return the full price items only to be told the £29.99 can't be refunded as its end of season sale item. This is misleading and not acceptable. They will find anyway not to refund. And they also charge £6.99 for postage back to China.

I bought two of the same dress from Ever-Pretty. After sending one back due to being too big for me I was refunded quickly & without fuss. They even refunded me 15% extra due to a promotion i didn’t include the discount code for during purchase. The dress i kept is the one i’m getting married in next week. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Fab experience 👌

Clothing poor quality, orders for an awards presentation. Dresses were no good so returned. Still waiting for my refund. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Seen a beautiful dress for a ball on the site, checked here for reviews and seemed somewhat promising. Queried if I’d be able to return my chosen dress using the site’s chat function. They said yes after showing them the dress I wanted (thank goodness for screenshots). Dress arrived in good condition but is too loose at the bust for me and frankly not worth the money I paid for it. When going onto the returns portal, it says the item is non-returnable. So they don’t even know their own returns policy or are they liars? Should have known better, scammy af! Have contacted them to see what excuse they come up with. If all else fails, let’s hope I can get a refund through my credit card company.

Don’t buy from this company, they are complete con artists. I sent for 4 dresses to try for options. Kept one and returned 3. They have some weird practice where you have to send proof that you have sent your return which I have done but despite contacting them multiple times they are not responding. Guess I’m going to have to try to get money back through my credit card company. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered 2 different dresses from here as unsure what style to have. Whilst the dresses themselves are nice, the return process is appalling. I returned 1 of the dresses on 24th February and by 9th March, they're still disputing the return, despite being sent clear proof of return which was signed for! This was paid via Klarna who are also doing nothing to help. I won't be ordering from Ever Pretty again nor recommending them. The whole thing has caused nothing but stress

Bridesmaid Dresses are good quality and customer service is fantastic as I had to send some dresses back in exchange for different sizes. Very quick as dealing with any queries. Would recommend

Dresses are absolutely stunning, i have ordered a bridemaid dress and the material is second to none.
Highly recommended just be careful with sizes and follow the exact measurements and you won't go wrong.
