I needed to contact Ever-Pretty’s customer service, and they responded very very quickly. They were also prompt in offering helpful and satisfactory solutions to my query. The team couldn’t have been more supportive.

The dresses I ordered for my bridesmaids were perfect—such a beautiful colour, and I’m really happy with the quality. It’s so hard to find affordable bridesmaid dresses, so I would definitely recommend Ever-Pretty to anyone I know who is getting married.

I had a panic attack thinking that I was going to loose out over £200 on returning dresses. I messaged Daphne on the website and she was very helpful in that she was able to explain my order and sort out the refunds that I did not understand. Then she re-set the refund portal. Also I had ordered a Final Sale dress without noticing that it was a Final Sale dress and Daphne agreed to give me a partial refund and also allowed me to keep the dress. The dresses at Ever Pretty are excellent and I would recommend that if you need a dress to stand out anywhere then you need to order with Ever Pretty. Thank you again Daphne,

Besides the expensive delivery and return charges, imagine receiving a dress only to find it's exactly the same dress - down to the model wearing it - on Shein, the only difference being you pay literally double the price with Ever Pretty, and yes I did order the same dress from Shein the same day as the Ever Pretty one. This is definitely one company I will never order from again. Shame I can't give it 0 stars.

I am getting married to my partner of 30 years. I have tried a few dresses but they weren’t right. Then I found ever pretty and that is where I found ‘THE’ dress. It is perfect and so me. I ordered 2 dresses to try on for my daughter’s wedding. They came quickly and were beautiful. Unfortunately they did not fit. I contacted customer service about returning for a refund and they were very helpful. Sent back and had my refund as soon as they received them.

My first dress came and it was a beautiful dress but it just didn’t fit right on my top half as I have bigger breasts I felt they was on show to much im not waiting for my exchange to come and it has been such a simple process and dress is beautiful highly recommend

I had a damaged zipper on the mother of the bride dress and they immediately shipped out a new dress and even ordered a size bigger for me. Praying it gets here in time for alterations and the wedding in April. But the customer service was excellent

This company were beyond amazing to deal with I ordered a bridesmaid dress but it wasn’t my colour scheme so had to send back and just through the whole returns process they were great I would absolutely deal with them again. Thank you again for being so lovely and kind

Fantastic service from Daphne at the customer service team.
I purchased a dress and although it's beautiful and great quality the sizing is smaller than normal fitting, so if you do look at dresses buy a size or 2 up.
As the dress was on a final sale it was non returnable but Daphne offered some great options and finally agreed on a partial refund.
Excellent service from Ever Pretty and would reccomend using them in the future.

I received the dress and tried it on. It was a very nice dress. Unfortunately the sizing was not as expected even though I ordered usual size. I went onto the website to arrange a return only to find that I couldn’t as dress was purchased in ‘Final Sale’. Immediately contacted Ever Pretty via their Chat tool. Even though it was late at night I got an immediate reply. I wasn’t happy with their first offer but they kindly agreed to give me a refund for the dress. I was very impressed with their rapid response and their understanding and willingness to help. A lot of online sellers could learn a thing or two from them. Thank you Ever Pretty.

I found your website online and found a dress to wear to my nephew's wedding in May. The "virtual try on" was so much fun and all my friends and family absolutely loved the dress. The order process was simple. Unfortunately, the dress ran a bit small and had to exchange it for a different size. I found everything so easy. The dress is beautiful and can't wait to wear it when I get the exchange.

The dress is as shown on photos, the quality of material and is better than I expected. I am exchanging for a bigger size as it’s a little on the small size but the customer service in sorting it out was also very efficient.

I purchased 6 dresses for my bridesmaids. The quality was great, and they looked fabulous. 2 ladies needed different sizes after trying on, and the customer service was excellent. The exchange process was simple and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I ordered some bridesmaid dresses from here and the quality was great. I ordered more than one size as I wasn’t sure and I had no need to worry as the sizes are the same as my normal size. When returning my items I was worried as Evri hadn’t delivered it within their 2 week return time frame but after a message to their customer services they said there was no need to worry and I would still get my money back. Overall a great experience and a helpful costumer service team 😀
