I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving — and no support response

I’ve been a paying user of Everart for several months, and although I currently have almost ten 3D models created in the platform, I’m being charged for a service that is not working. I haven’t been able to use my credits for weeks, and the dashboard does not allow access to any new rendering.

I’ve sent multiple emails to support, used the in-platform contact form, and even tried messaging through social media — no response at all.

I even contacted one of the company’s founders, Pietro Schirano, through Instagram (@skirano). He kindly replied at first, but then completely stopped responding, leaving the issue unresolved.

The worst part? I cannot cancel my subscription without losing access to the 3D models I already created. So I’m stuck paying for something I can’t use, with zero communication from Everart.

This is completely unacceptable from a company that claims to offer professional creative services.

At the very least, I expect a reply, a fix, or a refund — ideally, all three.

UPDATE: July 26th

This was the response from one of the founders: "Close your account and make sure you close your account following the full cancellation flow from stripe as well".

Pathetic.
