Gone down hill since the previous owner left. One guy charges whatever he feels like. Trousers shortened to the wrong length and workmanship is poor. I go elsewhere now and get my alterations back quickly and perfectly done. Have stopped using them after 20+ years, shame.
I've been a regular customer of Everclean Dry Cleaners at the Golders Green branch. Year in and year out I use them, for my suits. And until now, all my visits have been pleasant.
However when I went to collect my trousers, the bill came to £9.90, I pulled out my Card to pay - only to be told - " NO Min payment is £10 - otherwise the cashpoint is down the road" I was lost for words.. I've never seen this person here before, in fact I didn't recognize anyone on this occasion. Have the staff changed over? The agent then went on to say " I only work here, boss makes the rules". I just paid - BUT I will never return there again!
