Bought a evercross ek30 pro a week ago…

Bought a evercross ek30 pro a week ago and smoke came from under the seat at first switch on. Reached out to evercross for "help" loads of emails later I finally got a response offering to fix the controller, I'm sorry but a brand new bike faulty on delivery requires a brand new replacement not a fix of the old one that burned out on first switch on. I stated this was unacceptable and I require a brand new controller, since then my emails have been ignored, now I'm left with a bike that does not work at all. The customer service is terrible at this place. If they sort my problem I will return to this review and update it, but at present I'm very very disappointed in this company.

Electric scooter malfunction

I purchased 2 electric scooters mid December as Christmas gifts one broke by early January, emailing was a nightmare because of the time zone difference, the company would only respond 12am-3am they had sent a total of 3 different parts in 3 months none were successful, all I wanted was a replacement or refund so one of the kids could actually enjoy their Christmas gift in March, they refused to honor the request they just wanted to keep sending parts & wanted me to keep sending videos and pictures. After many frustrating attempts I finally reached out to the extra protection plan I purchased. I'm getting a replacement but not through evercross. Just don't waste your time trying to get help through evercross manufacturer warrant, always buy the extra store protection plan. Evercross is useless!

2 Bikes - Both went bad

Had two of the same product. Kids electric dirt bikes. After a year and a half, and not that much riding, both have stopped moving. They show full charge and act like they are going to go but dont. I reached out to the manufacturer multiple times due to them simply just not responding or trying to help with my issue. Just ghosted me. I decided to ask to buy a battery to see if that would resolve the problem and experiment on my own and when they did, their answer was they dont have that part. You cant find the battery online either. Won't buy this brand again and dont recommend.

Non-existent customer support

Raised an issue with a hoverboard who's battery died after 3 months. Took 2 months to tell me they couldn't find my order. Then when I gave them the info it took another 6 weeks to tell me I could buy a new battery for £40, even though the item was still under warranty. Has now been another 3 months and I have had no reply to any further emails.

Evercross is there to gladly help you with any problems you might have with your Evercross electric scooter, so if you do let them know so they can help you fix your problems!!!

I had a problem with my Evercross electric scooter it stopped going and it showed a
E-10 error on dashboard control so i figured out that the controller box was broken so a new one was $60 but they sent me new one for $50 so i got a $10 discount wich was greatly appreciated, so i installed it myself and it fixed the E-10 error so now i can continue to ride my Evercross electric scooter with no E-10 problems and they also asked me if there was anything else i needed to let them know, so i told them that i needed new Led lights for the sides of my electric scooter because they where not working so they sent me them for $20 normally $55 and i also needed a backup charger so they sent me a upgraded one that charges a little quicker then my original one for $20 normally $56, thanks to evercross everything works properly now, they also asked me if i ever need anything else to let them know, so that was my great experience with Evercross thank you so much!!

customer service is basically nonexistent

Avoid this company. The customer service is basically nonexistent.

I contacted Evercross support regarding my EK30 bike and provided all the information they requested, including my order number through Decathlon Spain. After that, I followed up multiple times over more than two weeks and received absolutely no response.

I also tried emailing all their customer service addresses with no reply whatsoever.

Being ignored as a customer after doing everything they ask is unacceptable. If you have any issue or question after purchase, don’t expect help.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Evercross.

It is very rare you come across a company as fantastic as this one! I ordered my son a motorbike and it was unfortunately out of stock. The company emailed me offering another model at no additional cost which I accepted. On the back of this email, I asked if the bike would arrive before my son’s birthday to which I received a prompt response that it was being shipped immediately. 2 days later I received the bike! The customer service has been exceptional. They kept me updated every step of the way and I can only thank the guys at evercross for making my sons only ask for his birthday happen!

Bought 2 bikes for grandkids both delivered separately and 1 came in 2days and the other 5days ,both easy to assemble and look cool .i hope they will last a long time but we will see.i wish EV07 also had a restricted speed control as I think 12.5mph maybe a tad to quick for a 4yr old and would like to see a start speed of around 6mph .the EV12M PRO as three speeds form 5mph 7:5mph and 15:5mph .I bought directly from ever cross and got great discount using there buy 2 bikes promotion and then the black Friday discount code too 👌🏽👌🏽
