The product is great but unfortunately…
The product is great but unfortunately one of the packs of edging arrived damaged and two packs were lacking the bolts needed to link the pieces together. However the response I got from Everedge was great - they were very helpful on the phone and sorted out the problems straight away. Great customer service!

we fitted Everedge around our garden…
we fitted Everedge around our garden many years ago and was delighted to see that a way to make it more secure was available. Hopefully if it is fine on Sunday we will be able to redo it and stop it from lifting with the new fixings. We were very pleased with the excellent service and quick delivery.

Shame about the delivery
Really great product, shame about the delivery. Received no communication to say when the order was being delivered, by what courier or that it had been received. Left at the front door when no one was home, so wasn't the best.
Otherwise, really good product and easy to use. Looks very smart and would use again but would buy from another retailer.
In response to Everedge, my contact details were correct when I made my order, I have just checked my invoice. Maybe there was a fault with the system rather than with the customer?

Regarding delivery, all web orders are placed on a 'leave safe' basis and on the website it is possible to inform us where you would like the goods left. If this box is left empty, then the driver will leave the goods at their discretion.
DHL send out a text message to customers once they have received the goods with a delivery window. Looking on the tracking, we can see that the delivery was made within the window. The only reason I can see that you wouldn't have had this notification is if the wrong mobile number was entered on the order. If you would like to contact us, we can check your details to ensure any future orders go through without a hitch.
