Good, but massively let down a few key points

The staff at this gym are all friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the app and the receptionist gave me a work around.

The equipment is all pretty old or very basic, but you can mostly get by and have a decent workout. For the amount of money that you pay though, they should look at getting new treadmills with better programability.

The general upkeep of the fabric of the building is what really lets the place down. One of the showers in the pool area has been broken for years. There are two showers in the gents that are now constantly out of order.

More needs to be done to remind other customers to take care of the equipment rather than leaving matts and weights scattered around the place.

I've been a member for over fours years when a new manager took over it all changed, lets says most managers don't really care about there customers and this one no exception, when equipment broken or issues arise there response is “their other gyms you can go to” their quick to make their own rules up according to the numbers of attendance to classes, they at attend themselves instead of being front of house, they block five spaces for friends so paying customers can't book on unless their quick. I couldn't think what head office are thinking lets says it won't be long till it closes am sure. Not to mention no air con.

Unbeatable in the area for value for money. Included in my membership are tonnes of classes covering all kinds of styles such as dance, yoga, harder things like bootcamps so I can change up my routine depending on how I feel. The pool is very private, lovely calm atmosphere and a nice temp. There is a steam room but I don’t use them as I struggle with the blue light due to a medical condition. The gym itself is huge, I never struggle to get on a machine. Impressed at how much I get for less than £1 per day, would highly recommend.

The staff were outstanding and very kind, they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The gym was very clean and had everything in place and the spas were also so helpful for relaxing after a tough session.
