Please, be advised... if you want the proof, just ask. I am Epileptic, and my husband is a Combat Veteran with 2 deployments and 2 IED blast(s) within 2 weeks. We are being evicted for claims of violence, when there is not one single piece of info. claiming this, no police report, no email, no notice/letter. Discriminating against me for my Disability and my service Animal. Denying all forms of ADA Accommodations. Regional Manager not knowing her own lease and how this I have violations of the entire lease. This person's lack of knowledge of rules and procedures as a Regional Manager, she should know better. So much harassment caused me a severe seizure, which caused a miscarriage. (police report file) Including ignoring mold complaints, and making it worse when we told them we had actual fungi growing from our shower baseboards. (note the staff stated it is from uneven floors) which trigger my seizures, that I asked to have taken care of 2 weeks after moving here. Charging us court fees and not having a court date but charged us for one. Called the court to verify. Falsely charging fees? Denying multiple ADA request, replying to Epileptic in "RED" digitally. Have a HUD and MI Civil Rights case being investigated. Senators office's are aware. I understand the truth hurts, but you shouldn't be hurting people.
