Dear Eversend Support Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had using your service.

In the past, I have appreciated the efficiency of Eversend, especially regarding mobile transfers and the responsiveness of your support team. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

I initiated a withdrawal which was delayed for over three days. On the second day, I contacted your support team and was assured—indeed, promised—that my funds would be processed promptly. Unfortunately, this did not happen. What made the situation more frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up. After that interaction, I received no further responses despite multiple attempts to reach out. It felt as though I was left communicating with no one.

This situation was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing and frustrating, as I found myself repeatedly asking for access to my own money.

I strongly believe that your support team should prioritize accurate information and honest communication. Customers rely on your assurances, and it is important that responses are based on verified updates rather than promises that cannot be fulfilled.

I hope this issue is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both service reliability and customer support communication.

Reliable and trustworthy

I love the way they handled my issues in less than no time and am super excited with these app services

I had an issue where I tried exchange money in dollars to my local currency, the naira. Money from my dollar portfolio was taken but didn't show in my naira wallet. I waited for hours and nothing changed. But why I contacted Eversend through a chat, my problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes.

Re EVERSEND APP A GAMECHANGER IN MONEY TRANSFER TO AFRICA

I am a Tanzanian living in Tanzania. For the past five years I have been struggling to get an easy way of transferring my anticipated PayPal earnings to Tanzania from USA ,EU countries and elsewhere in the world in vain.Obviously there are other good financial intermediaries which do the same but to my side Eversend is a new money gateway transfer to Africa in terms of quick foreign exchange, main wallet consisting different wallet currencies easily convertible, quick registration verification and response when no technical problems arise with the support customer platform.

I registered with EVERSEND a month ago ,if not the technical problems that occurred recently in their support customer platform I could have given them a 5 star honour,I give them a 4.3 star .

It's been 4 days now since I initiated withdrawal from my PayPal account to the account on this platform, and their customer care representative are not helping at all kindly settle my funds please. The impression I got from this platform is scary being the first time trading with them

It’s easy to use the Eversend app ya don’t have to worry about ya money getting stolen or lost I even withdraw my money from the Eversend account to my bank account and it was sooo easy to do and free of charge

Eversend is good but the are issues that shouldn't occur anymore.
The basic functionalities of the app such as account recharge, carte payment, refund, and purchase shouldn't have been in maintenance why does other app not having this issues.

It's been close to an hour now since I made a deposit into my NGN wallet using my debit card via flutterwave and it's still not been credited. I'm even trying to contact your support and I'm been asked to wait for 3 hours before I'm attended to. This is really frustrating as I'm unable to do what I planned to do now
