They are a terrible company who do not respond to emails. They are acting for Scottish widows, as I have put in a complaint, for my pension not been received, the solicitor who I am dealing with is arrogant and non responsive. I feel very worried for Scottish widows if they are instructing this company as their solicitors, I would be extremely embarrassed
I found the firm to be efficient and professional in our dealings, more so Mathew Kelly, the employment solicitor. Great he was able to draw matters promptly to a close which could have unduly been prolonged had it not been effectively well managed by him.
Telephone customer service, was good also, the staff listened and were very polite.
"We’re helping our clients, our people and our communities to thrive" is their moto/slogan. However one of their biggest clients Amazon, are destroying local community businesses, and Eversheds Sutherland are helping them. I seriously suggest they change the moto/slogan or even better, pick better clients.
