Eversure, camera insurance

In fairness, my wife is the person who I have trusted in finding my camera insurance, and I totally trust her judgement. I have purchased my insurance from eversure for a few years now, I feel the price is competitive. Whenever I have had to contact them they have been very helpful, the experience has been positive, they communicate clear and are totally understandable, which is high on the list for me. To-date, I am happy with the service eversure provide, thank you, John.

Nice to know i have peace of mind with…

Nice to know i have peace of mind with my bikes for the next year . The renewel was simple it was nice to have a reminder a month before the money was due to come out of my account .

Unauthorised stolen funds

No longer have the bike therefore insurance is not required and the stole the money from my card with out any authorisation

Currently trying to reteve stolen funds

Absolutely disgusting!

Your policy was set to automatically renew in line with the terms agreed at the point of purchase. A renewal invitation was sent in advance on 24th March 2026, which included details of the upcoming payment.

Following your contact, we have now cancelled the policy and arranged a full refund in line with our cancellation policy. This will be returned to your account within 3–5 working days.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend, broke down and waited 4 hours for recovery, someone arrived didnt even test the car and said they couldnt fix it, then had to wait an additional 2 hours for someone to tow it. As a young girl in the dark in a place where i didnt know it was very frustrating. Then they wouldnt tow it to a garage or where I wanted it, so took it 3 hours away to my home address, leaving me there alone in the dark with no alternative travel. They told me i was eligible for a hire car, if i sorted it out. So i arranged it and then they rang me and said i wasn't eligible anymore. Absolutely disgusting customer service and i would not reccomend
