DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I never write horrible reviews like this but I can’t let this happen to the next person.

I wrote a review previously after several email attempts, and after a while I did get a reply. I complained that my item didn’t arrive on time for the occasion needed. The blamed Royal Mail, which I understand, but there was no communication regarding this. I then
sent my details for the refund and I’ve been chasing over 3 emails over the past 5 weeks. I, as a customer, should not have to be chasing for my refund.

I hope I get my refund and I hope no one else goes through a situation like this.

Did not receive my order within 2-4 days.
Ordered my item 1 week before my Halloween event - After 5 days, order still showing as unfulfilled. No email or text to say where my item is.
Emailed after 5 days to complain about this and ask if my order will be with me the next day for me event (as I had planned).
It is now exactly 7 days since I made my order: order is still unfulfilled,I have not had any response to my emails. Absolutely atrocious lack of product delivery and lack of customer service. Even if I have been kept updated with where my product is from the get-go I'd be fine, then I can make another wardrobe plan. But like this with no correspondence at any level in the ordering process....it is aggravating customers.
