I ordered a starter pen kit
I ordered a starter pen kit, everything arrived in a timely manner. I live on the other side of the US and i would say it got here faster than i thought it would. However the battery i received had a defect. The reason for the excellent experience is due to their support team. I had a response almost next day. We worked out the problem and they are sending me a replacement. They were kind, and so very helpful. I will 100% order from this site again.

They stand behind their products....
One of the batteries does not work properly and non of the peach flavor work at all. I emailed the company and received a response. They are making this right and providing we with properly working products.
I believe they stand behind their product and I appreciate the fact that they are making it right.
I'm sure I will continue to be a customer.

Ordered 2 starter kits
Ordered 2 starter kits. Fully charged both batteries and nothing worked. I don’t know if the carts that were sent were duds but no smoke or flavor came from either of them. Contacted customer service and the person was extremely rude. Basically calling me a liar. Never waste your money here

Great Customer Service
I had issues with my 1st order, a couple of cartridges weren’t working for the everyday hookah pen. When I contacted the seller they were more than happy to make things right for me. My favorite flavors are grape & peach! I truly appreciate doing business with this company. They have my loyalty for life.

Got my package this morning.
Got my package this morning. So far i like my Fantasia Electronic hookah mint flavor i also have two Disposable pens mango and blueberry. make a long story short so far so good my only issue that I had was getting my package on time. I Made my order on February 1st but didn’t get it until today. When the site says 3 to 5 business days. Hopefully next time i won’t have that problem.
