I got two Synthetic wigs off of everydaywigs and I’m in love!!!! Their great quality and the colors are great

I've bought several lace front synthetic wigs from everydaywigs & can honestly say that I've loved every single one of them! I found them via a PinUp I follow on Instagram & have never been disappointed by either the wigs or the quality of service. I purchase vibrant & dark colours for my gothic & alternative outfits, & I always get compliments when I wear them; often people actually think it's my real hair.
I have experimented & bought cheaper wigs elsewhere but always return to everydaywigs because their product is so much better.
In my experience they've always responded to my questions & assisted me when I had a problem.

Worst customer service. i placed an order and they charged my card $268 immediately. i received no order confirmation. Their email address is not valid and they have no phone number. No way to contact them, their chat function doesn’t work either. They took my money wasted my time and now i have to file a cc dispute

Have a complaint and you want to hit the "chat" button on their website? It will respond "not online" every time! Well, I ordered a human hair wig on 6/6/20 and they say it shipped on 6/28/20 and provide me with a phony Fedex tracking number. Oh, and we'll see if this gets a response..Look up order number 20168461 and respond with an explanation. I paid $384.00 and now cannot afford to get my sick daughter another wig!

Just don't do it.

Ordered from them at the recommendation of a youtuber. Blew £50 on a wig that never came, no response to my emails or Instagram DMs. Thank christ I used Paypal, because I was able to get a refund within days after months of waiting for this wig. Don't chance it.

I ordered my wig mid May. It is now mid July and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them MULTIPLE times and no response. If nothing else can be done I’m calling and getting a refund because this is ridiculous. I never write reviews but at this point I’m over it.

Everydaywigs, I didn't violate the guidelines I just reported the truth here, I ordered a Wig ages ago and it never arrived. Do not try to change the facts, it was you who did not comply with the proposed purchase agreement.

I ordered a Jet black wig (number orden 20168487) because I have cancer in my breast, i will lose my hair and i trusted in this page's videos in youtube, obviously i would like to look beautiful with my wig. I won't want to see me bald, but, in the page's information said the shipping is for 3 or 4 days working. My bought was 12 June and haven't arrive my wig. I've tried to send message by instragram, E-mail, Facebook and the page but anybody answer my message.
Awful I don't recommend this page.

I ordered a long haired wig with bangs and a short brown wig. I immediately hated the long hair because the bangs looked like they were cut by a 5 yr old and there was no fixing it. Quality, horrible. Tangled horribly. I only tried it on once for a few seconds and already know it's of the lowest wig standards. The other wig, I didn't even try on because it was blonde. I didn't ask for blonde, I ordered brown.

I emailed the company several times and after weeks of communication, they take about 2-3 days to respond to each email, they offered $60 and told me I need to pay to ship it back. My order was $198. In what world would I be ok with paying them for giving me a product I can't use? How does this make sense? And to rub more salt in the wound, I have to pay for shipping? I'm going to try to dispute this with my credit card company and hope we can get somewhere because obviously this company doesn't care for returning customers. They're just scammers, beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two wigs from them (Order #20168262) and I have not received either. I have contacted them multiple ways (email, messaging, Facebook, Instagram) and NO ONE has responded to me. I have straight up lost my money. DO NOT buy from them. I will consider writing a new review if I receive them and they are as I ordered but as of now I am not pleased. I repeat, DO NOT trust this site.

Never got my wig, never even got a response back. Scam alert! Order #20168085, and I paid extra for "express" shipping.

I am responding to the reply by Everydaywigs. My order number is 20166117 so it did come from your company although you stated it did not. I have emailed several times and have received no response.

I ordered a wig for the very first time w everyday wigs. After I had ordered, I found all of these terrible reviews on here and was so bummed thinking I was going to get taken. Well let me tell u, that was the farthest thing from the truth! I could not be happier!!! My wig got here (Pittsburgh) from CHINA in only 4 days!!!! I have no idea of how they did that! Not only did it get here in 4 days, but the wig is BEAUTUFUL! The hair is thick and full! I expected the worst from everything I’ve read. I am soooo pleased and I will order from them again, u can b sure!

I’m still waiting on a response from this company. In all the review responses from them it says human hair wigs take 2-3 weeks to make....here we are on week 5 since I ordered it. I understand only “working days” I assume working is Monday through Friday.....it’s been 25 working days, no response to any emails I’ve written in asking where my wig I spent over $300 is. My last review never got a response probably because I provided my order # and they can’t provide what happened to the product I ordered. I have alopecia and need my wig I ordered ASAP as I have no hair. This company seems careless for their customers, they have zero sense of urgency and their “customer service” is out right ignorant for not responding. If I get my wig and it’s wrong as I’ve read in other reviews I’m gonna flip out. I’m about 2 seconds away from dispersing this charge of $322 and change with my credit card company, pay pal and reporting this company to the better business bureau. I’ve emailed them about 8-9 times now and I don’t wanna hear I’m using the wrong chat. I’ve emailed chat, another link on their site under contact us but it says error when I do and I’ve DM them on Instagram, they said 24 hour response it’s been over a week....no response I’m VERY frustrated....you take my money and can’t respond? What kind of company is this.....

This company deserves not one star. I ordered a ombré platinum wig with specific instructions. I paid over $400.00 for a human wig!!! I waited and waited and waited...
Finally it arrived , I pulled it out and it was a ugly orange brown color. The color women get when lifting there brown or black hair to blonde. So ugly,and such a lie and waste of time and money. DON’T GIVE THIS CO YOUR MONEY!!!

These wigs take forever “like 2 months” to ship and when you ask where the product is at then they ask if you want to cancel and when you say yes then they charge you a $30 cancelation fee. I think this company is just making money off of cancelation fees. Their product is bad material according to other reviews

After receiving my second wig, I had no problem with the shipment, it arrives just the days that DHL says, that is, 4 days, and I live in Mexico. I asked for a pink wig and a blonde one, only that one didn't have the exact color of the image, it was a bit more platinum, but from there on out, just that.

I love this wig! ❤✨

Sure it took a while before i got it, like almost a month but it is outside Europe (I live in Sweden) so nothing new But it did only show "Packaging" the order for like 2-3 weeks but Belle from customer service was super sweet and solved everything, and the after i got the wig REALLY fast.

I've bought 5 wigs from this company! They are absolutely amazing, you can feel the quality after wearing some time. Their wigs are easy to care and maintain compared to other company's' i purchased with. You can find many same wigs online but everydaywigs wigs are in the best price and the best quality. The hair color is more brilliant than others and the customer service reply my email in time. so this must be my favorite wig company!

Just another random website, that pretends to sell quality wigs, when in fact (and if you do some researches online), the wigs are from differents websites.

Most of theirs wigs are overpriced and can easily be found on Aliexpress or Amazon for a cheaper price. In fact, they all came from there with the same quality!!
And the shipping is way faster if you buy the wigs on Aliexpress or Amazon.

They just buy some cheap wigs from Aliexpress and other chinese websites and just spike up the prices. A shame.
