Melissa always gives great customer service whenever me and my family come over to the rink. She's ever so lovely, and extremely helpful each time we've visited the rink. It's just a shame to have not seen her in recently.

Ice is always stunning

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We’ve celebrated my daughter’s birthday in many places over the years, but this was by far the worst.

To begin with, during the skating session the children were not given any proper guidance or instruction, unlike in other rinks we’ve visited. There were other skaters moving around the rink, and the staff member who was supposed to assist our group spent most of the time skating elsewhere, barely engaging with the children.

The party area itself was a small platform next to the rink – it was cramped, with hardly any space for the children to play, and it was very cold. We expected a proper party room, not an open, chilly area.

The food was another disappointment: small portions, cold pizza, and just two small plates, one of fruits and one of vegetables for ten children – and those only arrived after I specifically asked for them. The ice cream that was meant to be included in the package was missing altogether.

Because the children were still hungry, I tried to order extra food and warm drinks, but the staff were on break. We waited about half an hour before someone appeared, and even then, the options were extremely limited – and at additional cost.

The biggest issue, however, was the poor communication and attitude from the staff. Nobody got in touch beforehand to confirm the menu or details, and my email went unanswered. When I eventually phoned, I was given limited information – and later realised there were other food options available that were never mentioned to me.

We also arrived a few minutes late due to a car breakdown, but instead of understanding, the staff were visibly irritated and spoke to us in a rather unpleasant tone.

Overall, it was a cold, poorly organised, and unwelcoming experience. Even the children said they never want another ice rink party again – which really says it all.

Lovely place and wonderful staff especially Sal and Liam

It's is always pleasant and clean Liam and sal are very happy staff who always are on board In giving making extra effort to listen and please the customers. Each time I've come in to Slough ice arena I always have a pleasant welcome..very happy staff and always smiling and ensuring the best service in the gym ice rank and on the reception desk

Lovely ice rink. Great for all levels of skating from total beginners to elite athletes. Totally inclusive. Clean, friendly staff with a good size free car park and most importantly the coffee is good!

We had kids birthday Ice Rink party, staff was amazing specially Juke And Sophie. Kids really had great time. Party food was ok not great.

Great stuff and fantastic day out with friends and family

Tuesday morning patch ice is good for experienced skaters, fairly quiet. Pre book and pay in advance, either pay as you go or monthly fee.
Nice and cool in hot weather.
Ice not very thick after recent relaying, hope it will get thicker.
