THE WORST MAIL ORDER BUSINESS I'VE EVER USED PERIOD. WAS SENT SONPLETELY BROKEN 100$ ORDER. THEN BEING WAS OUT OF STOCK SO COUKDNT EVEN GET WHAT I WANT.ASKED FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPINNG AND SPARE PARTS TO PREVENT THE SAME AGAIN!!!!! TOOK A MONTH (26 DAYS) FOR TWO BROKEN ITEMS...THEN SAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND REPLACEMTS SPARES FOR INCONVINIENCE. SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE SPARE PARTS IN STOCK.. (LIES) WAS RIGHT ON ORDER PAGE. SHORT STORY SHORTER..WAS TOLD I WOULD BE SENT 3 BONGS EXPEDITED...MY 2 REPLACEMENTS AND THE 3RD COMPLIMENTARY BONG(PLACTIC PIECE OF GARBAGE) COYKDNT EVEN EXPEDITE THAT!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY?THEY DIDNT LISTEN, AND FOR THE SECOND TIME..I GET A SMALL BOX WITH A PLASTIC BING IN IN NOT 3. AND IT CAME 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY CLAIMED TO SHIP IT. 0 STARS 2ND TIME. 1 STAR FOR EFFORT BUT NOT LISTENING...AT ALL TO LOGIC. AND FOR TRYING TO BRIBE ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW WITH A GIFT CARD...BUT NOT SAY THE AMOUNT AND WRITE IT BEFORE EVEN REVIVING ANYTHING. INDONT NEED A GIFT CARD I NEEDED A GOOD SERVICE FOR MAIK ORDER BONGS. FOUND ONE.!!! THEIR BLACK LEAF (ONLY ONE IN STOCK 70$) BONG CAME PACKAGED JUST LIKE THE REST... BUBBLE WRAP AND RYBBET BAND...SMH WOW, JUST TO CUT COSTS ON SHIPPING!!!GOT THE SAME EXACT BONG FROM A DIF SITE BUT WITH THE BLACK LEAF BLACK FELT BOX THAT IS MADE TO SEND IT WO ISSUE AND STORE IT.. TO PREVENT WHAT HAPPENED TWICE!!!!!!! ALSO FREE SHIPPING AND COST HALF WHAT THEY CHARGE...STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT LIKE THEY PROMISED..GUESS THAT WAS ONLY IF I WROTE A POSITIVE REVIEW EVEN THO THEY WASTED 2 MONTHS OF MY TIME!! supposedly they always use closed on weekends...how does that justify 2 MONTHS OF broken items and when u suggest how tonfix it instead of listening they do it again..this time PLASTIC WRAP ISTEAD OF JUS BUBBLE WRAP OMG WOW SMH. PUT IN COMPLAINT SAME 5 MIN I RECEIVED FIRST ORDER. TOOK 2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE AURONATED MESSAGR SAYING THEY WOULD REVIEW IT...THAT TAKES 2 WEEKS???!!!!!! BASICALLY THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE. I WILL PERSONALLY SEND PROOF TO ANYONE WHO GETS IN CONTACT. THEY SENT 1 BROKEN PLASTIC BONG (WOUKDNT BE BROKE IF THEY LISTENED) AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF OF THE FIRST 2 BROKEN ITEMS. I ordered my art glass bong which arrived in Cali from Florida extremely fast, I'm super stoked with the price also!

I ordered a double chamber glass bong. The top chamber doesn't hold water. It seems to have a small crack or hole in it. I sent a short video of the water draining out of the chamber to Sam in customer service and she had another one sent out right away. They were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I'll definitely order from Everyone Does It again.

The piece came in the mail broken but they were helpful in getting me a replacement. The replacement also came in the mail broken in the same was as the first one. (The bowl and stem are inside the neck of the piece and it slides during shipping and breaks the base part that holds water)

Was told to update my review. So here you go.
Wrong color mailed to me, cant take proper hits off bong due to not have the ability to take the bowl off when hitting it, no instructions on how to put it together, and just a really bad product. We actually named it Pippin because it’s awful but not the worst.

My digibake work well and gets the job done, took away a star because it came with some of the paint like material stripping off and I didn’t get my accessories such as charger and cleaning kit, only the vaporizer came in the box but i have been told the accessories will be shipped to to me and that they are sorry for the mistake.
