Terrible experience. Ordered the birthstone bezel necklace. After wearing it less than 2 months a stone fell out. Emailed customer service but they won’t do anything. Never wore it in water- shower, removed it at night. Total waste of $65, never recommending this company to anyone.
Excellent Quality AND Customer Service
Recently I had stumbled upon Eve's Addiction while looking for a gift for my boyfriends 40th birthday. Their "Men's Chisel Custom Roman Numeral Matte Black Leather Bracelet" was perfect! I ordered and waited with baited breath for it to arrive. Unfortunately, when I received the notification that it had been delivered, I immediately opened up my door (was WFH that day) but no package. I panicked a bit since his birthday was only a few days away but tried to remain as calm as possible. Spoke to multiple customer service agents from both EA and from USPS but according to everyone, the package had been delivered and there was nothing anyone could do. Seems like the alert had notified my hours after the mailperson had left it buy my door and someone had snatched it during that time! Thankfully, I was finally able to reach a supervisor who, after hearing my saga, immediately sent me a replacement which was miraculously received on the very day of his celebration! The quality is fantastic and I will definitely be purchasing from them again, but will have it delivered to my office next time!

Initially they honored it but then suddenly after the order was confirmed, they claimed they could not verify my address on my credit card. They wanted me to send a picture of my passport or drivers license. My credit card company said that there was no issues. They had approved it. I have screen shots and emails.

Do not order from this company. They are a complete scam and the Sunday customer service is a joke. Francis, the customer service agent, offered no solutions and no help. They only said to call back during “regular business hours”. Sunday is falsely advertised on their website as a regular business day for them. They give you no option to cancel an order within a few hours of purchase like all other retailers do and they are not reachable to help if you need them after banking hours. Just look through the comments for the real reviews because you will find plenty of complaints about this company and I should have before I attempted to purchase from them. Most of the positive reviews are from people that have “won a contest”. I will not, under any circumstances, purchase from this scam of a company again.

On Christmas morning I opened a gift from my daughter and what a beautiful gift it was. A ring with all my children's birthstones. I cried. I loved it so much. So you can imagine how my heart was broken because a week later after only wearing it twice two of the stones were missing. I feel bad for my daughter who took the time to find that special gift for me and the quality of the ring was not to par.

I ordered a birthstone cross as a mother's day gift for my daughter from her children. I am very disappointed it looks nothing like the advertised photo. I am surprised as I have received a birthstone necklace from Eve's and ordered a birthstone necklace for a friend recently and found them to be lovely which is why I am so disappointed the cross appears to look discolored on the left upper and lower sides , looks cheap. I'm updating the review as my daughter said it is pretty but I just expected a higher quality-looking piece based on past positive experiences.

So, I was purchasing a dog tag right, had placed my order around 10:45 to 11:00 this morning... I wasn’t immediately redirected.🤷🏼♀️ Instead it took me back to the shipping page where they wanted me to reenter all of my info because I guess the shipping address wasn’t the same as the billing address.👍🏼 So before I proceeded to reenter my card information, I went to check my bank account and saw that they had taken the money out of my account.🙅🏼♀️ I immediately went on to check my email to see if I had a conformation number and low and behold there’s no email from them about my purchase.🙅🏼♀️ I go back to the website and yep you guessed it!, back at the homepage.🥴 So I’m like okay cool.😎 I call my bank and let them know what’s going on. They give me an email for the website, an approval code, a retrieval reference number, and a system trace number. At this point I’m like “oh yea, I’m set. They finna get it!”😏 I found a phone number for them on their homepage and so I call. I’m speaking to the young lady all nice and sweet knowing I'm burning on the inside, but whatever. She she tells me that she doesn’t see anything in my name nor my email.😳 I’m like cool, thanks, have a great day!🙂 I call my bank let them know wassup. Long story short ain’t s*** they can do.❌❌ So I call the website one mo time! Just one mo time.👆🏼 I spoke to a guy this time. So I tell him what’s been going on and everything and he asks for my info. I give it to him and he says he doesn’t see anything that I’ve purchased. So I tell him “hey well I have screenshots of the money taken out of my account and I also have an approval code, a retrieval reference number, and a system trace number. Can you use any of that to figure out what’s going on?” He was like “oh, okay yea I see here...” and he was describing to me my own order. I’m like wow, okay I see what’s going on. I have proof of my order and they weren’t expecting that.🤨 So he said that basically the order didn’t go through and it should be back on my card within 24 to 48 hours. So we’ll see.😚😊🤗 until we meet again.😘

Originally, I had received a purchase that had broken during its shipment, but I emailed them via customer service, and they responded within less than 24 hours! I have my new purchase already on its way, and it was free!

Ordered a interlocking heart necklace that encases birthstone gems as a gift. Very disappointed in the quality and too embarrassed to give it as a gift. The item cost $70 and looks like a piece of $5 costume jewelry. The gems don’t shine like they look in picture because they are plastic. You can get Swarovski crystals and real silver necklace for same price they charge for this costume jewelry. The website offers return if customer not satisfied but they wouldn’t take it back because they saidit’s customized due to the birthstones. They can easily be removed from the interlocking heart as they were just floating inside the locket.
Terrible Quality Jewelry, Don't Waste Your Time
I ordered a gemstone bracelet for my mother. It was a silver bracelet with a silver pea pod casing with 4 gem stones inside to represent the peas. It came in the mail yesterday and I have never been so disappointed with a purchase before. The gems look like they were just thrown in there. They are not evenly spaced what so ever, they are all facing opposite sides, and they aren't even shiny because there is dried glue on every side of the gem stones. I paid $42 and I got something that I would expect from Claire's. Actually, Clair's is probably higher quality than this junk. I have never written a bad review in my life. Thanks Eve's Addiction.
Cheap jewelry wont last
I was given a necklace with two initial charms for Mother’s Day of this year. After wearing it for a month the gold has scratched off and worn away. They are telling me it’s a personal item And may not be able to be returned. I want to exchange it for the silver one hoping it won’t wear away. Sadly the items are not the quality I expected.Ive ordered two of the same items before that were sterling with out an issue. Unless you get Sterling silver I would recommend another company.
