Ordered some necromunda models, apparentlt they did ship it, but there was a problem with the courier company and after repeatedly asking them to issue an investigation, they didn't. Contacting them was pain too, as their e-mail was full and my mails didn't get delivered so had to message them in facebook. They ghosted me too, just stopped replying. Lost my money and never recieved my order. Avoid.

I had a good experience in contrast to some other users here.

Contacted shop with a question prior to purchase that was quickly answered despite my rusty German.

Received order in good time for international shipping.

Items were as described. Quality very good. Confident that this is the normal standard.

Hoping some WHFB/MH items come back into stock - I look forward to purchasing again.

There are a few negative reviews on this shop so I thought it was worth writing my experience, which for the most part has been good.

I was initially hesitant due to peoples comment about not receiving items and it being a scam but I proceeded anyway having PayPal as an option to claim my money back.

It took Marcus about 2 weeks to email me an order confirmation - for some time my order status was ‘viewed’. However, eventually I had an email saying it had been shipped and within a few days of shipping it arrived to me in the UK.

The item is great and exactly what I wanted. Service is slow (hence the 4 stars) but I can forgive that as the product is great.

Would buy again.

No goods, no communication. Shady company. Had to get money back via PayPal. Don’t waste your money or trust on them.

Spent over £50 and nothing has arrived months later, despite 3-4 emails and messages left on Facebook there has been no response.

They have taken my money and delivered nothing or responded to messages, that is theft. I was robbed so please if you read this first DO not buy from Evil games.

No support device and no email for comfirmation ... a poor service

Very poor service. I used this site as it was almost the only place to obtain a particular item. After a few weeks went by with no updates, I emailed to check the status. The reply was polite but blamed COVID 19 for not being able to print a label. I accepted this for a further 2 weeks and emailed to check again, there was no reply, I did the same on weeks 5 and 6 also with no reply. Deciding I'd had enough, I emailed on week 7 to cancel the order and informed them that PayPal were now involved. Magically I recieved a reply stating that he had managed to print the label and send it. I am aware that COVID 19 has posed issues but as I have made multiple orders from the continent (Germany and Poland mainly) using the same courier and weeks after my order with Evil Games, I found these to arrive within 2 weeks, had regular updates and gave tracking information as soon as it was available. A simple update/reply was all that was needed, I am reasonable but 7 weeks to receive the item was beyond a joke.

Further to that, I have now reported this website to Games Workshop due the the product purchased being a fake. Misuse of intellectual property had me duped. I would not be allowed to use my purchase as intended in
any Games Workshop battles.
