Excellent customer service from initial site visit and suitability survey through to workforce attendance on site inside and out. Very fast but only because the guys are very experienced and knowledgeable. The workmanship excellent and they definitely take pride in how good the install looks. Tidied up afterwards. Fast installation of solar panels and battery with all the guys on site being helpful and only too willing to discuss the installation process. Support following installation also good although my queries were all minor. Had no issues since install approx. 9 months ago.
Switched to Octopus Flux tariff after a few months. System requires close monitoring to get the best financial result but now looking good. Based on figures to date, payback will be 10+ years. Expect this to reduce as prices change over the years.

After making the big decision to add solar panels, batteries and a chargepoint to my home, I delved into what looked like a flooded market! After reading multiple reviews I found EVi standing head and shoulders above. This was validated when my installation was done to a very high standard by fully accredited engineers.
This trust was fully substantiated when I experienced their aftercare. After changing over my broadband provider, I was struggling to connect my inverter dongle to see my givenergy app data. Alison was great and after walking me through several options, she got in touch with givenergy to get to the route of the problem and I was happily viewing my app data by the end of the day.
Very polite and knowledgeable when other companies may have fobbed me off to the manufacturer.

Customer service has been Great with EVi. Neil was really knowledgeable when considering options, even though i was a newcomer and didn't really know too much! very helpful through the Home Energy Scotland process as well.

Ive had some issues with the GivEnergy kit since install but the team (especially Alison!) have been great at getting any issues resolved and have been responsive and quick to send the Installers out when needed.

We are so chuffed with the service the EVi team have given us. The thought of switching to solar + battery +EV was a bit daunting when we started out. Everyone you speak to has their own views on what you should and shouldn't do, what equipment you should get etc. Paying for anything at this price level is always unnerving. I have to say the whole process has been smooth with EVi. Getting the chance to discuss options with Neil, chatting through the equipment, and managing our energy was invaluable. Other companies I had enquired with had thrown a quote back at me without taking any time to understand what we were needed.
The actual install process was great. Nothing was too much bother for the roofers, and they were conscientious with our property and were always happy to chat through how progress was going! And the electrician team were great. I'm really pleased with the quality of the finish around all the equipment, and they were great at sorting out all the connectivity. Again, they were keeping me up to date with how they were getting on. The whole install was faultless, and we're so happy with our new setup! Customer service has been great, and I've always been able to quickly get hold of someone to speak to. Highly recommend to anyone!

Having an all electric house, I had been considering installing solar panels for a number of years and following being recommended to speak with EVi Renewables Ltd., I found them to not only be financially competitive but very informative and professional in all aspect of their workmanship. Our solar panel and battery storage installation was efficiently and neatly installed, on time, with minimal disruption to our household. I am now addicted to looking at the app on my mobile which shows the amount of grid electricity I am 'not' using!!

Great communication and information provided on the system and its benefits with very knowledgeable management and staff. The Giv Energy system used is top rate and the workmanship was second to none, the guys really went above and beyond. A very tidy job.
