I have a number of courses with Evo and this company has dissolved. I'm dissapointed

I purchased 4 courses from them.
When i sent off my 1st course work to them, weeks later i still hadn't heard anything back and had to write to them to find out what was up.
Apparently my email had been overlooked, not impressed.

Next course i sent off for was Reiki level 1, they promised to do a distant attunement and give you music and the reply i got was that lady doesn't work here anymore.
Very rude, awful customer service skills.
I wrote back stating i felt cheated and lied to as the most important part of this course is missing.
NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.

I was told by a friend today that they CANT FIND THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE ONLINE.
and i still have courses pending that were not cheap.

Awful! Uninsurable, online courses, inaccurate description of course, false advertising and most of all faulty unusable equipment!
No zoom meeting training as advertised, and I had to beg for a demonstration video for one of the courses I purchased.
They are Happy to take your money and Bribe you with discounted in exchange for a good reviews from whilst harassing you to buy additional courses when they have no customer care whatsoever. All I got was a £100 refund as a good will gesture when I complained about the dreadful machines they sold me. Tried and failed to get hold of anybody after chasing them for over a year when I discovered my machines didn’t work after set it up. Ignored for months on end and out of pocket by £2800 and haven’t made a penny thanks to the faulty machines. It’s funny how the machines no longer available from them. Waste of time and money. I Should have took Legal action straight away. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

This is the first paid on line course I have done with EVO academy and online suited me ( I had previously practiced lash lifts with guidence.)
The course material was clear and well written. Easy to follow.

After submitting my results from my case study I passed. My insurers are happy to insure this course.

They are been helpful and the course is very easy to understand. So grateful that I found this academy. Been able to do what I love. I am now starting to have my clients and I just got certified for Lash Lift, Eyebrow Lamination and Cavitation. I will definitely do more. Thank you EVO, you made it convenient for us to learn new skills.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. They’re fake advertising their courses saying that they’re accredited and you can work everywhere in the UK. I bought the massage bundle package and I cannot find anyone that accepts this certificates as a massage therapist! I have wasted my time and money without having at least an apology and money back! Avoid this company !

Simple to use, lots of choices, easy to understand material and quick customer service. Will use again!

Very happy with Evo academy, I started talking to Emily via Facebook and she was so lovely and supportive. I paid for the gold package and managed to get it for half price just by being in her live feed on Facebook. Once my course was completed I got my certificate so quick. Me and my mum have done courses and have always received friendly support and guidance. Thank you Evo! Will definitely be enrolling in more course with you in the future x

Did the Amethyst Crystal Balancing Facail course with EVO. Very enjoyable and lots of detail in the course work. Will definitely me doing more with them.

I sent my assessment to them and got my diploma in two days.

Academy now & I have been very impressed with how detailed & thorough the training manuals are, as soon as you purchase the course you have your manual. You can take as long as you need to complete it & after you’ve done your test you only have to wait a couple of days for it to be marked & returned with your certificate. As a beauty industry professional for the last 22 years I have never been a fan of online courses as most are you watch a video then your qualified - this is NOT the case with Evo-academy, their manuals are more detailed than some face to face training I have received & they are on hand at any time to help you! I would 100% recommend the courses they have to offer, you won’t be disappointed!! 😊
