The click-to-return-call feature included in the body of the voicemail email is designed to direct you to the web portal. Accessing your account through the web portal will require your login credentials, after which you can utilize the click-to-call feature to return the call. We also encourage our customers to download the newly updated mobile app, which is very user-friendly. Voicemails can be reviewed directly within the app, and the callback feature is conveniently displayed beneath the audio clip of the voicemail.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Price is not everything. We signed up for a trial with our business email address and we tried for 3 (!!!) days to get their international phone rates. IMPOSSIBBLE!! Even a cal to a "senior account manager" went into nirwana..... He was tired of my questions regarding the international rates, so WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT he connected me to customer support without telling them the problem. I did repeat my self, she put me on hold again, came back and said : "Cannot help you!" We cancelled our trial and the company will not get our business with 4 phone numbers.

Needs impovement

When you changed the app features I can no longer see the missed call numbers in the app and have to login online to the website to see the missed phone calls. It is very inconvenient. I called a customer service rep about this and it still is not resolved I put in a request online and it has not helped.

The app does not update for hours at a time. So I do not have the ability to return calls that I missed. It's affecting my business and I'm ready to change providers

I received an email saying you stopped…

I received an email saying you stopped my service even though you didn't. You really need to figure this stuff out. That was after multiple threats of stopping my service even though I called multiple times and on confirmed that my balance was $0 and you were not going to stop my service. It's a waste of time for me to have to call after receiving all these emails to confirm that you're not stopping my service. Very frustrating. Other than that, the actual phone service and the price for it has been great!

I like Evoice and love the greeting…

I like Evoice and love the greeting prompts. However, setting up the greeting can be challenging if you're not familiar with the process. I struggled with it until I figured it out. I also appreciate that they offer different pricing options to choose from.
