Alan, the owner, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly to her, including talking her through all the paperwork so she fully understood the process. He took her out on a test drive and answered all her questions, with absolutely no pressure or hard sell at any point.
It was easy to book an appointment to view the cars, and the location was straightforward to find. Alan also gave her the space to look around other vehicles in stock without any pressure, which we really appreciated. The car itself was spotless and exactly as it was shown on the website, and we felt it was very good value for money.
