I had high hopes for my order, but sadly I Never received it! I ordered to Bulgaria and the parcel was shipped speedily with DHL, however it seemed to get lost along the way. I contacted customer services and got a reply from Kate assuring me she's on the case, then nothing. I emailed again, it took 2 days for a reply and Kate told me that the parcel appears to be lost as DHL cannot locate it and she will promptly send another one with DHL EXPRESS so it reaches me quick. The next day she send me an email how somehow my parcel had reappeared and it should progress through the network and that she'll monitor things. The status hasn't updated on DHL website for 4 days now, I have sent more emails and she has not responded. I am not a difficult customer, but I do want what I paid for and to have my questions acknowledged in a timely fashion, without having to send numerous emails and be ignored. Very Unprofessional attitude!

I bought the Blue Velvet Ceramide Serum. It is a really lovely product, deeply hydrating and softening on the skin. I love the smell too. It sits well under either a face oil or face cream and doesn't 'bobble' or cause flaking which I have experienced with other serums. It already feels like it is making a difference to my skin. I will definitely buy this product again. I also love that I received 3 free samples. The product was well packaged with environmentally friendly filler and arrived promptly.

The Blue Tansy cleanser/balm is a beautiful product. I love it!

I am a new customer and tried a couple of the products for my face. Although very nice I wasn`t 100% sure they were completely suitable. I rang Evolve and asked if I could try some samples of some other products, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and the products I tried were really lovely and they arrived the next day! It took a bit of time but I feel like I have my skincare all sorted now. This is the company to use if you want great quality organic beauty products at a reasonable cost and good customer service.

Website is easy to use, shipping came fast from UK to US, products as described and no problems with packaging.

The best skincare products I have ever used and I heave tried some expensive famous brands. Evolve is by far nr 1! Their products just really work, my skin looks jounger, more radiant. Is firmer en feels silky smooth. And it's all organic and cruelty free!! I love Evolve Organic Beauty

My two cleansers I purchased arrived promptly in recyclable/compostable packaging with samples relating to what I had bought to try. The enzyme cleanser is so fun mixing the powder with water. I left it on for 5 minutes like a mask before removing with the oil cleanser. Wow! The smell is incredible and I take 3 deep breaths before beginning my cleanse. My fingers slide beautifully across my skin making it very easy to massage my skin not just wash my face. The products not only are amazing for the skin but the smells and textures give you a wonderful experience at home. They give you comfort, and time for self love. I will be trying more.

Absolutely amazing products. I bought 3 different type of masks. All of them are so good. Skin is shining and smooth!! They deliver very quickly.

I have been buying the cotton fresh deoderant for a while and I usually stock up. I loved the smell of it and that it was natural. However, I re ordered, and the smell is awful. My underarms, after applying this is anything but fresh. They have increased the price and reduced the quality and fragrance. In fact, the lovely fragrance is no longer there. I wont be buying from this company again.

I discovered the brand at Planet Organic London but they were out of stock so I ordered online. Very fast and efficient service. Items arrived well packed too.

I came across this brand as a friend recommended one of their products and I'm now hooked. I love the renew daily facewash and facecream, they both smell great. I'm also a big fan of the climate veil tinted moisturiser/foundation as it's SPF and a good texture (however this doesn't have widest range of shades for all skintones.) I like their business ethos - handmade small batch products, recyclable packaging and high quality. They also have great customer service - I did a big order recently and there was an issue with the delivery so it never showed up. I emailed Evolve and a real person replied really quickly and immediately dispatched me a replacement order next day delivery without me even asking. Can't recommend enough! The only thing I would like to see change is for it to be easier to tell online which products are in glass and which in plastic and be able to buy large refill packs for some items to save packaging.

I’ve been using these products for a few years now
I use the cleansing melt, various face scrubs, body cream, face cream and eye products
The only product that didn’t suit my skin was the blossom body butter it was slightly too greasy
Well packaged , good communication and delivery times

Stumbled on this company and I love it! I now use their Daily Renew Facial Cream and it is beautiful - my skin is supple, soft and it strikes the balance of moisturising but never too heavy. I changed to this brand as my old one (la roche possay) was giving me eczema around my eyes and within two days of using this, it was gone! Love it and can't wait for my current cleanser to run out so I can try their cleanser too.

I absolutely love Evolve Beauty products. I have combination skin and I've been using the Gentle Cleansing Melt for over a year now; my skin has improved a lot in texture from when I was using my previous milk cleanser. The melt has a gel-like texture which turns to "milk" when wet, it's such a beautiful experience. I take my time to massage my face as well. I'm in my thirties so I need organic but delicate ingredients, which is why I love this company. I thought at first the oils wouldn't suit, but I was wrong, my skin loves them!

Their Cotton Fresh deodorant is also very good; it has a lovely cotton candy scent to it. I use it every day just because it's gentler than the traditional sprays and keeps my pits dry during the day. It hasn't caused any irritation or darkness at all.

Will probably try more of their products this year.
