Met with Rees Morgan from Evolve. He called to give me an ETA on his arrival. Was thorough and checked the cavity wall and showed me. Also checked loft insulation. Was very helpful explaining that the house was as insulated as it could be.

Evolve have just completed our cavity wall, and attic insulation, with Ventilation, each team were professional and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards.

A1 service left everything spotless when finished informed me through the process. I would recommend Shane and Mike good workers excellent reps for the company

We made an application through our energy company for cavity wall and loft insulation... What a terrible experience we had with them..... Luckily Evolve sorted it for us and the work was done eventually (took about 18 months). The evolve fitters were on time, polite and took care of our property.

Initially there was a miscommunication between the energy consultant and evolve on booking time. I text Shane to advise the problem, he moved his appointments immediately and was able to fulfil the timescale promised by the 3rd party which was excellent customer service.
Both Shane and Mike were professional, friendly and worked with me to resolve a vent issue which stopped lots of internal alterations. I would definitely recommend Evolve if this is the level of service offered by all their staff. Thank you 👌

This company installed CWI into a property that was unsuitable for it because it is a coastal property in an area of high rainfall in south west Wales. This has caused excessive damp in all external walls which was not present prior to the installation. I have tried to discuss this failed installation with them on numerous occasions as I want them to extract the damp rubble, but they refuse to return my calls. Very disappointed with the customer service of this company and would definitely not recommend them.

Really friendly and competent engineers. They came and left on time. They cleared up and generally did a high quality job.

Callum is a top geezer. Did all his bits quick sharp and was very jolly going about it.

The lads were very knowledgeable of the job they were doing. Explained everything what was going to be done that day. They did a great job. Tidyed-up everything not any mess left at all, filled and painted all the holes they had drilled. A credit to the company. Would highly recommend.

Ross and his colleague were polite, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job of fitting the Evoboard, insulation and loft ladder. They explained clearly and showed me what they had done. They put dust sheets down and tidied up and cleaned up afterwards leaving the house cleaner than it was before they came!

They didn't work around me I had to work around them, told me dates when work would be done but never was and didn't inform me that it wasn't happening wasting my time. Turned my gas off for days and didn't turn it back on because I worked until 5 and they left at 3 and if I turned on myself I could go to jail as I was told.

Rhys came out to our property for an assessment for cavity wall insulation V's External Wall Insulation. He answered all of our questions and took all the necessary photos, measurement etc...to inform the quote. Very helpful and experienced.

Once again Evolve Home energy have done an amazing job, there workers were brilliant, hard working, polite . Unintrusive, answered any questions. Standard of work was high and left things very neat and tidy . Guilhevbe Arede and Paulo Almeida deserve. To be told they are doing a good job and work very hard .

Had Callum to do my survey today. Very professional, informative when questions were asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Impressed with the service.
