Zent ri Coup s, saved me and brought back my lost funds.

Created exchange, has been stuck in 'manual review' for 10 days. Support refuses to answer my emails. Notice how they've stopped replying to reviews on here. They're preying on ignorance and gullibility.

They stole from me.

Sent 2000 Dogecoin and it was not processed and I contacted support 30 days ago or so, they never even responded I sent 12 emails NO RESPONSE, Message was,

they are supposed to forward any extra transactions to the same output address if they recieve more coins like ChangeNOW does and years ago I made the same blunder and support helped send my other coins through to me at evonax but something is up, NO SUPPORT IS RESPONDING, so if you have a stalled transaction even if it is $1000s of dollars its GONE FOREVER, Go with ChangeNOW, thankyou.

Was a great reliable exchange for me until it wasn't. Now I've been looking at the same screen that says "Awaiting manual action from our support team" for over 9 hours. I sent an amount and was told after my transaction confirmed that their hot wallet didnt have enough to send my coins out and needed support to get more. Then i sent a smaller amount in the same currency and my exchange was completed successfully and automatically. Still waiting on "support" or "cold storage" or whatever it is with my initial transaction. All i get is that i can email them and they will try to get back within 1 business day.

Exchanged BTC to Monero, had verification that the transaction was successful--however did not receive anything.

Reached out to customer service like a week ago (ignored my three emails), multiple times, with my final message mentioning that I would be leaving negative feedback here and with the BBB.

This site is a total scam. I sent bitcoin to be exchanged into Monero in my Exodus wallet not realizing that my exodus wallet was upgrading. I sent 2 emails to support and have received no reply whatsoever. Exodus said once the upgrade was finished if evonax.com had sent my Monero it would appear in my wallet. Well no Monero has shown up yet. I am glad I only sent $50 as a test. Something told me this site was too easy to use and it had to be a scam and I guess I was right. Don't give them your money.

I have used this exchange service two times so far already because I wanted to expand my cryptocurrency coins (specfically using some of my bitcoin (btc) for some dogecoins (DOGE).

I have had no problems whatsoever so far in my times of transferring any coins with them. Exchange takes a few minutes once confirmations happen and wham! instant new cryptocurrency.

I love how little I can put in also. Some exchanges require a bare minimum that is below what I'd prefer to spend on in exchanging. This one lets me utilize my more comfortable rate id like to exchange which is nice.

I exchanged BTC for XMR. It was my first experience with Evonax and I give a full and deserved five stars. The service is flawless. The follow up from Evonax is excellent. I will definitely be back!

Complete beginner here, I tried to transfer Dogecoin to USD but I missed a very important word-- "Advcash" is next to it, which I believed it was a system of theirs. ADVCASH IS A THIRD PARTY SERVICE. It is not part of their own website-- it is a separate payment hub that is not supported in the US. After a bit of my own research, directly exchanging cryptocurrency to money in the US is an illegal route, so this website cannot serve as an alternative (maybe outside the US it's possible, but AdvCash just will not let you in if it detects you are in the US).

Anyways, with this knowledge, I contacted customer service after and they were nice enough to give me a full refund, even though it was my error. My advice to anyone who is trying to do something similar to this is to exchange your cryptocurrency to something more generally used (Bitcoin, for example) and use it to make purchases on websites, as long as the seller of the goods or services is willing to accept it. In the meantime, I'd recommend the website to emphasize this option's limitations a little more, but it's nothing much to worry about. Bottom line is, even if you do run into issues with the website, customer service will do their best to resolve it.

BTC to ETH. I sent 0.2 btc but never recived any ETH. The Evonax website said "transaction completet" but i never recived anything.

EDIT: AFTER CONTACTING EVONAX THEY SOLVED THE CASE VERY FAST AND I GOT MY FUNDS WITHIN THE DAY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH EVONAX
