Our bank account has been debited since…

Our bank account has been debited since 2015 for a service we never used, I thought that the charges were from our current processor (EVO name was not on the ACH it was displayed as "BKCD Processing"). Only then I came to find out that the charges were with Evo. I did some digging and found that they debited our account $1.75 monthly from the end of 2015 through May 2019 then in June 2019 through April 2021 they have been debiting $26.75(They charged us more money for being "INACTIVE"). I called and spoke with Johanna from EVO and asked her to send me a signed agreement or contract showing that we agreed to use their service, she said that she would find it and send it over. I called to follow up and the extension she gave me did not work, I ended up going in circles with several phone calls only to find out that we do not have an agreement on file and we have never even processed a single transaction through them. We have never seen any emails/postal correspondence from EVO Payments.

I am a very disappointed new Evo…

I am a very disappointed new Evo client. I am only 2 weeks in but I’m ready to pull the plug today. I was referred to Evo by Epos Now my point of sale company. I was so happy to go integration but so far it’s been a nightmare. The devices were not programmed correctly. first my sales were going to a florist shop in NY and I’m a specialty store in California. $1100 is still missing from 10 days ago transactions. Then EBT has never been able to work. To make matters worse, no one has called or emailed to apologize or take ownership to fix this in almost 2 weeks. The only people that have gotten in touch with me are the POS reps from EPOS. One wonderful gentleman by the name Jacob Baublitz with EPOS has gone above and beyond to assist me to do all he can to ensure my systems are working and has even contacted higher ups at EPOS & EVO. However not a soul has gotten back to me from EVO. This is so disappointing on all levels because I’m told that EVO is the 2nd largest credit card processing company in the country. However customer service and follow up and follow through suck majorly. Today is the last day to redeem yourselves otherwise I will be moving on to another EPOS integration partner. So very sad, you guys get 1 *
