Zero communication, is this even legal?
I placed an order for a transformer. It said it was in stock. It did not ship within 48 hours.
I attempted to cancel the order because it would arrive too late to be useful. That is when I learned they do not have an email address. (Isn't that interesting?)
So I attempted to use SMS to text them a cancellation, and they have incoming text messages blocked. (Even more interesting..)
There is form on their website I filled out, asking to cancel. It was black holed. There was no confirmation sent to my email from their website (Do you see a pattern?)
So last resort, I called and left a voice mail trying to cancel.
FOUR days later they shipped the merchandise.
Now I am trying to return it and getting the same black hole of communication. (Of course their website says they accept returns, but YOU are responsible for shipping.)
If you research the company before you order, you will realize they do not have a functional email, sms, or web contact form, and they do not respond to voice mail.
These are not people you should be dealing with.
I have filed a chargeback with my CC company. They intentionally sent an item I cancelled and made impossible all the avenues of communication.
