Very bad company. Very low quality smartwatches. Order came a month later.
They do not respond through emails. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THIS SITE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .

Order 1477! Unhappy customer 😠
I placed the order with number 1477 on November 13th 2021. I received it a month later, that is, on December 13th 2021. My order came wrong, from two black colored watches where I had ordered and already paid through my debit card, I received a watch in white colour. Let me also point out that when I received my parcel, there was no proof of purchase, which is indulgently unacceptable. Since then I have sent multiple emails to the company, as I had not received any response for too many days regarding the development of my wrong order and how I should move for any change and re-receipt of the correct products eventually.
When an employee finally replayed, she asked me to send her a photo of the product where I received something that I did, although normally the employee had the obligation and responsibility to know what I have ordered and what I have finally received. As a serious company, I do not consider that they behaved like professionals, but quite the opposite. In the last e-mail sent to me as a reply, the employee of the company in the photo where I attached the wrong package, informs me that they are waiting for a reply from their warehouse. So I do not think that we are talking about a serious company that respects its customers as they behave in this way, that is, for almost two months now I have impacted all this suffering unjustly and in addition I have bought basically two watches from ewatchpro and I have received only one and in the wrong color as well.
Today on January 6th 2022, I am still waiting for an update or any response from them at all.
I am one of the unhappiest & dissatisfied clients ever regarding ewatchpro.☹️
I will never purchase anything from them again.😠
