I have to put this on here as despite providing my order number no one is getting back to me and the contact options dont work as a guest!. Ive asked twice now in over a week for a refund of the undelivered item but still no contact or refund.
I'd recommend giving this company a wide berth as they fail to deliver and customer service is none existent.
12 days in still awaiting part of my order and despite providing this company my order number on here they have never made contact with me I also contacted them on their feedback email and no response I requested a full refund of the non delivered item a week ago but that has not been provided. Last update a week ago after I shared my feedback with a delivery due the next day? This customer service is appalling and if you are going to take peoples money on the basis of a promise to deliver promptly you should do so. As a customer you have failed me, not only that you have failed our contacted agreement. Awaiting my refund!
AMY I purchased as a guest, your chat doesn't work and as I don't have an account your others options go around in circles not allowing me to make contact with anyone. As you can see from my feedback I have already sent an email an no response! Appalling service which you contact process does not work ...please just arrange my refund
