Such a great product and also a great customer support team. keep up the good works

My company uses Exavaullt, allowing 3500 taxi drivers to upload database’s backups, Standard Audit Files for the the tax authority and PDF invoices, all on a daily basis and totally integrated with our PHP backoffice, running without any human intervention.
It’s a fantastic server with an extreme easy to implement API.
It was crucial for our business success the decision for starting to work with Exavault!

I have been a client of ExaVault for a few months and I love their easy to use interface for downloading and uploading files from my web browser. I also use FTP. I have tried other services but they can't match the speed of ExaVault. Customer service is number one with quick replies and response time. I enjoy the ability to share files securely or unsecured in the case of sharing out common drivers for pirnters, ect.

We use Exavault to distribute report packets to our Board of Directors and securely exchange files with our vendors and members. Exavault is easy to use, much more secure than email, and always available. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a hosted, secure, cloud solution.

We use ExaVault as a key part of our consulting business as it makes sure we are always following the best practices with secure file sharing. The web interface means that we can spend zero (!) time training our staff or customers on how to do it. Zero friction means better compliance and better customer satisfaction.

The addition of the receive folders and forms (again, what an innovation!) means that we can even add context to our data exchange instead of just files.

The only thing that I'd look for in the future is for some sort of data expiry policy so that we don't have to write our own scripts to age off data within our policy guidelines.

Outstanding customer engagement and service. I had quite a few questions, as Exavault looked like a great add-on for two of our applications. Their CEO took the time and effort to personally answer my questions. Their tech support person reached out too. What more could a customer want or need?

We have been using Exavault for about eight years and have had only one issue that was quickly corrected. We use it mainly to send drawings to our suppliers and find it easy to use, fast and reliable.

We recently completed an initiative that required moving nearly all on-prem services to SaaS-based services.A small group within the company had been using ExaVault for a while and recommended that I review it. After doing so, it was clear that the platform addresses all requirements and more at a reasonable price. The service is now in use company-wide.

The extras you get are a nice touch. The ability to import users in bulk and the automatic welcome email are real time savers. I am very pleased with the platform and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a cloud-based SFTP solution.

We purchased the ExaVault service as a resource for a healthcare vendor who was only allowed SFTP access to download our files that we normally send via Box. Box’s iteration of SFTP is not that reliable.
The creation of the account and setup was a breeze and the ExaVault team has reached out on several occasions to provide proactive support and guidance.

I picked this service based on a google search.
I was looking for an Online FTP server that was easy to setup and maintain.

I had a remote device (6 hour drive) that needed a firmware upgrade.
I connect to it via a dial up modem for configuration, but the device itself has network access.

Your service was easily setup, and I was able to get the firmware downloaded into the device with only an hour of total time.

This ought to make maintenance of my remote other devices significantly easier

I evaluate ExaVault and many other suppliers, even the option to install my own sFTP server (I own a tech company with our own datacenter, but I find that exavault provides the better quality/functionality/price relation)

I ask several times before to add a functionality, and ExaVault team support give me a reasonable answer every time I ask (for your information I request if it is possible to set up a automated upload files functionality)

The set up process was fast and smooth, very intuitive

ExaVault provides an exceptional product that we use daily for our company which handles content management. We use as a consumer facing software and it does not disappoint. Monthly updates to create a better service are just the tip of the iceberg.

Been using the site now for over seven years and it is the only FTP site I would recommend to friends and colleagues. The site is highly reliable, easy to use, and has a great user interface. The site improvements that have been done since I started using it have only been for the best. The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.

We've used ExaVault across several of our companies, and have referred our clients to the platform. We are a Salesforce Professional Services company in the mid-Atlantic, and often need to automate the transfer of data from external systems to Salesforce.com. ExaVault is our recommended solution for SFTP, we highly recommend ExaVault. In my opinion, they have a great product, easy to understand, easy to setup and is cost effective. Highly recommend it if you need an solid SFTP platform.

We were, until today, an ExaVault customer for 4.5 years, then they suspended our account for high bandwidth usage. Their service was being used for FTP back up of a cloud server instance at the IBM data center in Dallas (formally Softlayer). It was the same nightly automatic backup from a Plesk control panel for all 4.5 years.
Very poor business practices I would not recommend them. We are moving our business to AWS.

We have been running this servce for about a month now, and so far we are super happy with ExaVault. Although we in no way are experts in SFTP, key pairs etc, it has proved to be super easy to get it all running. I’m sure we over time we try out even more of the features the service offers.
I’m confident we are in good hands, if we should face some technical troubles. Highly recommended!

Exavault works great, is easy to use and their customer support is excellent. Would highly recommend this as your solution. They are always improving their product for the future.

We got tired of down time and of hearing excuses from the local ISP we were using for hosted FTP storage. We chose and moved to ExaVault for a few reasons:
• Price for the number of User and storage space.
• We can add Users and set permissions.
• Flexible, easy to use and administer.
• Quick response from EV staff in regard to answering questions
pre- and post-sign up.
• EV's existing customer base.

While searching for a solution to securely exchange files with partners, we came across ExaVault and were able to setup functional service in the matter of minutes. The key features we were looking for were:
1. Number of user and folder level permissions
2. Web and SFTP based interface
3. Easy and intuitive management interface
4. Auditing

Perhaps the best part of the service is the post-sales support. Immediately upon completing the online service setup we have received welcome messages and assistance offers from individual accounts offering help with service. Its a rarity nowdays to see this kind of approach.
