I've never had any issues and if I did, have issues that is, they were super speedy and have even escalated and returned my call on the same day to resolve any "issues".

Things are laid out simple and easy to navigate and customer service has helped me resolve whatever issues I've had.

Excess Perks offers many perks. I’m excited to see when these perks become active in my account since I’ve just began the excess perk adventure. The downfall is I’ve been an excess customer for over 2 years. Don’t know when perks was rolled out but would love to have been a perk member from the beginning because perks are rewards monthly as an existing customer. A week ago when I first tried to sign in to excess perks with username and password the system was not allowing me. Excess seems to have online issues do to maintenance often. Let’s keep perking Aloha to feeling lucky with perk rewards Mahalo excess

Haven't been able to use my phone. Don't know what account and phone number it is using. Trying to get help with my phone.

For what you only pay, you can't really complain about the service. Haven't had too much of an issue with service.

Original phone I was sent wasn't very good.... "Tossed" it aside and forgot about it for about 6 months, had a Verizon plan that ended up getting shut off .. but my phone was unlocked .... Found my excess phone .. put sim in my newer phone ... And I have almost just as good of 'free' service using a better phone .. like I did with a paid plan... And the best part is the excess sim still worked after 6+months of inactivity.!! Yay!!!
