Everything nice
Packaging was great, products great only delivery time is quite big but I guess it's normal in between countries. It was the only shop I could find some filofax products i couldn't find even in the company's country site, so i was happy to have found them. At first i had an issue with the site when i searched for a product and it showed prices in different currency and only when i opened the page i could see euro price. Everything was great overall.

ExclusivePen.eu had this particular Montblanc pen that was hard to find at a very great price. They also had the refills that are hard to get in stock. I place the order through their website that is clean and easy to navigate. The check out was effortless. It gave me an estimate time of 24 of March but I receive it today 17 of March. The pen is beautiful with complete set and the refills was the correct ones. The speed and response of the customer services are worth continuing being a frequent customer. Their selection of pens from different brands is worth checking out. I will continue to shop with them.

The delivery times were much later than shown on the website. Although communication of the delay was proactive.... it is still too long between making the order and receiving the delivery
