I have used this company twice. With my first purchase I experienced a couple of problems (neither caused by the company) and the customers services experience was excellent, with a replacement sent for a keyboard that had stopped working several months after purchase. On the other occasion I used them delivery was within 48 hours. I would be more than happy to use then again in the future.

A short time after i made my order, they contacted me to advise me that my order might be delayed a few days. I could either receive a full refund or accept a 15% discount for the short delay. It really was only a short delay before they supplied a great product.
