Customs charge for EU customers
Online Ordering process was easy and painless.
All items were delivered promptly.
Being an EU customer (Rep of Ireland) got a customs bill from Irish Revenue to be paid before delivery. Would be helpful if the estimated customs charge was shown as part of the Ordering process

Bought a number of things to get me started in the wet shaving game. The razor and pre-shave oil are all nice to use. Unfortunately a shaving bowl was damaged in transit. After speaking to customer services a replacement was received the next day.

Received my Outlaw Super Grip razor…
Received my Outlaw Super Grip razor recently.I’ve been wet shaving for 10 years and have used a variety of razors ,Merkur,Muhle,Edwin Jagger.I’ve just not been getting the closeness or smooth experience ,even swapping my usual blades for Feathers.I saw the reviews of the Outlaw and thought maybe I need a more aggressive razor .I was right ,this razor is incredible ,very solid,wieghty,well balanced and provides a perfect shave in one pass.It’s a lovely object too.Loads of quality engineering involved in its production.This is my razor for the rest of my shaving days.Excellent value for a perfect combination of form and function,buy one now !!!
