I ordered a few items recently.
One was their own brand shaving brush, as I decided to move away from badger hair having discovered how barbaric the farming of this animal is in China. I was impressed that this company took a stand and decided to no longer stock badger hair brushes when these farming methods came to light, so felt natural to buy from them.
I did have an issue with one of the products sent. After a couple of emails, the item was agreed to be replaced with a minimum of fuss, with the replacement sent immediately and received next day.
Overall very impressed.

True experts in men's grooming and shaving. Their own line of products are top notch and competitively priced. They also have great videos on YouTube.
Will exclusively be using them from now on for all shaving supplies. Especially as they ha e natural products in easily recycled containers.
